Dear Sir/Madam
I purchased a laptop on 28th of sep 2008 and after some days of buying i am facing so many problems in laptop.My Blue tooth is not working properly after two days of purchasing and i got a point on my screen after 5 days of purchasing also that wi-fi is not working and also i am not able to install linux.When i went to the service center they said we can't do any thing abt the point which is oin ur screen and linux is the third party software so it is not being supported by ur system.I want to ask u that u are assuring best quality if this is the best quality which u provide me then what will be the worst quality.
If these problems which i got only within 10 days after purchasing then what will happen after 1 year when ur warranty will over.
So please help me as soon as possibe in deldi

I have purchased a HCL Laptop (LX INFINITI POWERLITE6000G2/ICP1.4 256/4) 2 years back. Its LCD got damaged and is not working. I contacted HCL service centre but to they are saying that the model is now closed and they cannot provide the LCD.
What kind of after sales service they are providing?

From last 2 days i have facing the set up problem of my leaptop. whenever i starting my leaptop it goes to direct set up and on scrren plesse wait option come out. but leaptop cant responding the start up position. that position of my pc standing up as it is. there no change. I had contacted the agent through whom i purchsed my leap top but he cant understood the problem. today one new problem arise that the after starting up leaptop, pc cant accept my pass word and suggest me for reset my pass word. so i confused now for what to do for my pc. i had purchased my leap top on the basis of the company image, market demand and popularity of HCL leap top but i am little bit disappinted with the product quality of companny.I want to ask u that u are assuring best quality if this is the best quality which u provide me then what will be the worst quality. i bought an hcl laptop an yrae ago now its warrenty has expired but there was an problem just after 5 days of warrenty expired.on finding with the service station in chandigarh i was told that there was problem with the motherboard.i paid an charge of rs1685 as service charge .please tell me how can the slot of ram be damaged without opening it or without mishandling it .i am very much disappointed with the quality of laptop you are selling and the service you are providing.
