[Resolved]  Hcl Laptop — Laptop Services

I am using the HCL notebook, hcl iris, k-19, pdc -t2o, giving display problem, i go to hcl service centre noida (india) for my problem, they given me replacment charge of pcb set 22000 Rs.
dated[protected]. my laptop only 14 month's old...

so hcl is india's no -1 brand... ?

i have buy my laptop on 27 feb 2009 from laptop. on day its not working properly.
when any file save its create micro soft internet expolrer error.
and when open any image then its also given error and system is hang.
so i want what is this problem

laptop was purchased in beb 2007 with onsite warranty. nobody is comming warranty for 3 years (rate contract).
all 3 usb ports not functioning. when visited service center they said the pins are spoiled for 2. when shown them that third stopped functioning right now and comp says device not recognized hey say that motherboard has to be changed and replacement cost is rs. 120000 even though third port is completely intact but not functioning. i found out that there are problems with usb ports of these laptops.

I have hcl laptop, when i start the laptop it start right when username and password option is come.But after feel the username and password it take more time to start.It take about 15or 20 minuts.After click on the taskbar it going to hang .It take more time when open any program like my computerand more.Disk cleanup, disk frangment and all things is do by me.no any virus.Sunday its work good but when open on monday it gave this error

HCL LAPTOP — motherboard and system hanging

I have my bill and complain job sheet
My laptop is in warranty period, with in 8 month i face the problem of battery backup and dvd player
i had buy it on 23rd of dec, 4 month has been pass but still my problem is not solve
plz do somthing for my problem thank you

From the date of purchase i am facing the problem when i went to sevice center for complaining they accept my complain and giving me 10 days to them and ask should i come or not by this way they pass my 4 month and still my problem is not solve its my complain no:2402 .

i am so tirde of their excusess, i am compliting 2hrs journy to reach the sirvice center they are not understanding my problem i am doing job in merchant navy i don when my call me on the job so,
