S/no. of product 3084AX 360 582. M/no. AXOP2901. Product giving low battery backup i.e. 25 minutes only...
kindly replace the battery...

Hcl p5601 laptop — battery not working

sir I my queries to the hcl service centre has not helped.My laptop battery is dead model no BP-8011; 14.8V;2.2AH. Where can i purchase such a battery and can i upgrade my ram to 512mb or 1gb ram.My ram is ddr 256mb.

I had Hcl note book of HCL c 5601 . from yesterday morning it is not starting and according to service centre my laptops motherboard has to be replaced but it is outdated as per serviceman . Is there any motherbord can work on that. if so please quote price.

I had bought 1 Desktop in June,2011. Just in 2 Months that desktop is not working. When I had visited your shop on[protected] your guys had told me that mother boardmake Simmtronics is not working and it will take maximum 21 days to replace that mother board. He had given me the slip wide no: 3449 dated 24/08/2011

I had asked them that i am having an urgency can u pls provide me some standby for the time, but they didn't have any backup. Now, i am in a regular touch with some girl gagan on phone but she is not able to provide me exact information. Everytime i called her she says it will take 2 more days. She is telliing me whether you want a mother board or not.

Is it the kind of service your guys are providing. In future i am not going to recommend any person to buy some product from Impel Infosys

I have purchased HCL ME, Intel i5 processor laptop from Computer World, Kachi Chawani, Jammu. When I buying This Laptop, the delaer has told me that, the HCL made laptops have the guarantee of three years.After 1 and half year I went to dealers shop and complained about laptop's keyboard (Some letters of keyboard are not working properly). He has tottaly refused me about the guarantee.Then He told me that the HCL laptop must be registered in HCL service station for having guarantee of Three years.Sir.Kindly tell me it is true or false statement from dealer. if it is true then why dealer doesn't told me about the registration when I m purchasing...

i have purchased HCL ME laptop of hcl Mileap MH04 some 3 yrs ago stil yest i dnt hav any complaints but morn suddenly it shutdown due to low battery i plugged in but its not charging it remain same can you help me to solve this problem
