[Resolved] Hcl Laptop — NOVICE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE | |
I had purchased an HCl laptop for 32K this jan. 4 days baack i while i was working on it, the cursor started behaving strangely. it was selcting things on desktop itself and moving in different directions. Looked wacko and spooky!. i thought it must be a virus.i formatted my lappy with xp again. all the drives were clean. Then i was about to install softwares on it, again the cursor wokred d same. Whenevr i switch on the laptop, cursor works fine for 40 min, then it never works. What is it ? Virus problem. touchpad problem? I had send it to HCL customer care center. Though my lappy was already in warrenty but that guy said we give waraanty of hardware not software. what a ! i left my lappy there for a day and next morning that e called me saying mam u have software prob, please pay 350/- / I paid him the money. I tok the lappy. and found that thwe same problem persit. Now what the hell is that. IF ITS A HARWARE PRTOBLEM, DID HE HAD NO BRAIN.I HAD TOLD HIM THAT IT NEVER WORKS AFTER 40 MIN. STILL HE GAVE ME D LAPPY BACK JUST FORMATTING. HOLY COW I HAD TO PAY HIM 350 FOR FORMATTING. I KNOW HOW TO FORMAT MAN. NOW IT HAPPENED Y'DAY, IM PLANNING TO TO AND THROW IT ON HIS HEAD. i purchased hcl laptop u39 ctd fromsysmantech kochi one year back .now it, s display is not working properly .display flickers and moves up and down making double image. i checcked it with external moniter .picture in external moniter is ok .

My Harish Kumar from Rohtak, Haryana. I complaint regarding my laptop on date 13/12 2010 and complaint number is [protected]. I was asked by the engineer that there was some PCB problem in laptop and now 1 month 10 days my problem is not short out. I talked to costumer care and Rohtak service center but they are not giving me better response. I am bearing lose from my job as this is the only source of my work. Pls try to short out my problem ASAP other wise I will see for another alternative.

I have purchased a HCL Laptop carrying S.No.C101AE464312 dated 19.2.11 from S.S.D.N. Infosolutions, G-2 Raja House, 30-31, Nehru Place, New Delhi. As desired by you, I have sent Original MRP sticker,
photocopy of invoice and duly filled signed and stamped warranty card.
Two months have passed, I have still not received gift. I have

1st of all, i uge all people reading this, NEVER EVER BUY HCL PRODUCTS, MY HARD DISK WAS DAMAGED AND I GAVE IT FOR WARRANTY CLAIM, THE CUSTOMER CENTRE KEPT IT FOR 3 MONTHS .. I have had an even worse experience with te customer service. My Laptop screen got damaged and I aws trying to get in touch with the service centre for three weeks now, at last I got thru today and tried to place a complain. The lady at ythe customer service refused to take my complain saying that since its a damage the complain as to be done by e-mail. I asked her why a phone complain cannot be taken as it would be very convenient, the lady then was extremely rude. I wonder what training is given to CS by HCL. Its a shame that the staff has such rude attitude towards customers. I am not surprised that most people prefer other brands to HCL.

We got HCL (ME) laptops from the college and now we are facing numourous problems in the laptop, SPEAKERS, KEYBOARD, DURABILITY OF BATTERY, SLOW FUNCTIONALITY & many more. This is not a single student problem but at least TWENTY students.All laptops are still in warranty periods but there is no any response from the service centre of HCL MEERUT and we are getting more difficulties to complete our given projects & it is hampering the course . so plz find any solution to get solve the problem as soon as possible.

I have HCL Leaptop also. One time there were problem in my leaptop. no power was comming.
Service Center : checed and tell me 15000/- cost.
I return back & went to my a Friend. Friend remove battery of leaptop and re insert in leaptop. then Start my leaptop.
Service Center in Military Road, Andheri East, Mumbai.

i purchaseded hcl laptop on 06oct11 and i am using tata photon+. suddenly downloading speed of net reduce from 200kbps to 10-15kbps since 4-5 days. i contact to c care 3times and they worked on my laptop through net but still i am suffering with same problem. now i am not geting contact c care. my contact no-[protected]
