I am Vikas Jaithlia using your Laptop from last one year but it's screen is blinking regularly & it's DVD writer is also not working properly. some times it works & some times it not.

HCL LAPTOP — service & replacement
i have complained so much times to hcl for replacing the dffective parts.they had given me the complaint [protected], 03.2.2012. one dayb i have rced. call form hcl that u can today spares is available.on that day ihad gone to hcl but they denied that..., everyday i will call but no any action taken.Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good

HCL LAPTOP — Replacement Of Laptop Screen
I have bought a HCL laptop 1 year before,M/c Serial no.-7084AX032866
Product code -AX0P2827
Model no.- HCL Notebook P28PDC

but from its starting day o[censored]se it is giving several problems.One costant problem is that laptop's Screen Light gets off & unable to see anything.Is has been repaired for same problem a couple of times by the HCL Service Center,NAGPUR.But this problem doesn't settle down.Within 1 day or 2 days the same problem arises.My warranty period has been lapsed while my laptop was already in HCL Service center for repairing.Now they kept my laptop for 4 months contineuosly,saying that they are repairing it & no charges will be applied,& kept harrashing me to go round & round of service Center.Finally They have returned me my laptop without Repairing & now they are saying that my laptop's warranty is over so we are helpless & you have to pay the Charges for work & replacement. Please tell me what should I do if they sold me a faulty piece which had given me a year long troubles.Please take a necessary action to resolve my problem.I am in a great depression regarding my laptop of worth Rs.43000 paid.What to do next??
