[Resolved]  HCL Me Tablet — usb driver mismatch with security dongle - notebook k21 pdc

dear sir,
i have purchased one hcl notebook k21 pdc and also one accounting package "busy" with security dongle.

i am using xp/ with 4 nos o[censored]sb ports. but the dongle is not detected at any of the usb ports. however other usb accessories are well working fine.

i have trying to find out the exact problem - the same dongle is working in another compaq laptop. i have tried using another dongle of the same make but that to dose not work.

please help me out with usb patch for the same
