Hcl Me Tablet — Laptop Battery Replacement

Hi,
My Name is Manish Kumar. My Complaint is that I was bought a HCL Laptop last year, the battery of laptop is not woking from 3 months. I was contact in the service center of HCL but they are try to make me fool by saying you come tomorrow & the next day from three months but untill they are not provide me battery. Please help me to find out my problem.

Hcl Me Tablet — poor after sales service

I made a complaint that my desktop has some problem and not working properly on 31/08/2011 by complaint number 31810027. But more then 23 days has gone but it's not repaired till now. one technician name Shankar had come to my house before 10 days but he says hcl company do'nt have mouse and keyboard now . I think this is not HCL this a local company . and there after sales service is very poor.

HCL — battery replacing

I Complained on 19/07/11 for my laptop battery and my complain no. is [protected]. I have a mail in written from company side that they will provide me battery with in one week but till date issue is not slved.
my laptop is in warranty period.

please do needful as soon as possible

I have purchased a HCL Laptop in February 2011 and now I have logged a complaint (Complaint Number-[protected]) for keypad replacement as recommended by HCL Engineers against this complaint.
We have'nt received any furthur assistance from HCL Support since 1 month of the complaint.

Please look into the matter as I am facing problems in using my Laptop.

Hcl Me Tablet — Lappy is not working properly and company is not paying attention on my complaint

Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased a lappy of your company(8101AE127420) on 31 oct. 2010. and i am facing so many problems with your product. from february 2011 it's webcam,dvd rom is not working and there is a spot on it's screen too from the starting. I have locked my complaint since march 2011 but still nobody of your service department came to solve my problem. What does it mean?? does it mean that HCL doesn't value there consumer or HCL doesn't want to solve it's consumers problems. I am providing you my contact no. its [protected]. If you really understand your consumer valuable then plz let me know that till when you are gonna solve my problems.Other wise i might be a cause of your decreased sale doesn't matter how much i will affect on you sale but I am a Management student and i know that word of mouth promotion plays a very important role in any organisations sale or turnover. I sent all required documents to
Special Promotion cell (B2C Computing)

But till now I am not received any confirmation mail or any gifts. I contact HCL Touch but they tell me to e-mail to [protected]@hcl.com.
I mail 5 to 10 times but they didn't reply me. When ever I contact them and tell about this they tell me to mail and wait 24 hr. The time is running day by day but there is no reply.. In gift package they assure me to give 3 yr Mca Fee antivirus cd, 2 yr additional warrenty and british spoken language kit...

sir mai ek saal pahle ek hcl ka laptop kharida tha jiska battery 2 month ke bad kharab ho gaya nd jab mai use replacement karwya phir se ek mahina ke andar kharab ho gaya ,jab mai hcl ko bola to wo bole ki 1000rs lagega tab battery ka complain lengen. please help me about this.
