hello sir i have purchesed hcl notebook B38 C2D ,from NETLINK DISTRIBUTORS,204,puspanjell complex,zone- 1 mp nagar, bhopal. my machine no is 3094AX305507, product code AX0B3844,and warranty card no is 10620054. i have not get my gift yet, which includes a reebok T-shirt and watch are not received till now, i also checked my gift status in which shows it is dispatched but i hane no recevied in yet so please go through my complaint. i hope i'll get response soon. thanks Was this information helpful? | |

i have purchased a hcl laptop from Indira Switch s-14,Indira plasa, Hawa sarak, Jaipur on[protected]. my machine no. is 6094AX460308 and my warranty card no. is 10726. I have not yet get my my gifts(1 wrist watch and 1 trawl bag). i have talked to shopkeeper about that many time, he don`t give any solution. then i talk to susant in Hcl Infosys. ltd. Delhi. he told me that my gift is in held up in dtdc jaipur due to no survice. Now dtdc is giving any responsible suggestion to me. sir this is my last complaint to you before going to consumer court.
please go through my complaint and sent me some solution.i have also attached the scanned copy of my bill and warranty card.
If you don`t i will must go to consumer court.

i am not getting a good response from HCL local agents please look into the matter other wise i have to knock da door of Consumer forum . my gift status it shows already despatched.

I have registered under offer code B-38 HCL LEAPTOP carrying serial number 9094ax100500 on 27th DES 2009.
I AM NOT RESIV MY GIFT OF TODAY

Dear Sir,I have purches HCL Laptop (Sr.No. 6094AX458694 & Model No.AXOB3841 Product No. HCL NOTEBOOK B38C2D) on dated 30/07/2009 from HCL showroom in Nagpur near Yashwant Stadium Dhantoli Nagpur.
HCL dealer promiced us a gift directly come our residence address from his head office by courrer. Regarding gift a delevery massage come on my mobile through your company but gift not yet receive.
