HCL Notebook — charger | |
i am a student of cms college coimbatore. The hcl branch of coimbatore provide laptop for mba students in our college. I am an mba student. They says the company offering on site warranty and replacement warrenty. But their aftersale service is "very bad".My laptop charger not working and i given this to hcl office coimbatore for replacement. But they did not replace it, they says their is no replacement warranty for laptop chargers! I am waiting for the charger for 8 MONTHS.they are asking for cash payment for replacing the charger. And another thing is we are not given any documents regarding the warrenty of laptops.So kindly give by charger back.. please its my request! I need it very soon Was this information helpful? | |

i am a student of SCS college of Pharmacy Harapanahalli. The hcl branch of Hubli provide laptop for M.Pharm students in our college. I am an M.Pharm student. They says the company offering on site warranty and replacement warrenty. But their aftersale service is "very bad". My laptop Battary not working and i given this to hcl office Hubli for replacement before 1 month before but still i didnt get my laptop back.
HCL Notebook — misguided by dealer
hi,this sunil anand i have paid Rs.39000 for HCL Ezeebee Y2002
but my dealer (horizon trading corporation)has given me product no.AX0Y2001.After using it i found that bluetooth is missing in my laptop, while according to the configuration shown to me by my dealer bluetooth should be there. i think he cheated me by giving me wrong product instead of my chosen product i;e y2002.now please tell me whether both the product are same or not .If not so please tell me what should i do. Guide me.
