[Resolved]  hcl notebook p30 pdc — hangs in 15 days

my laptop mothrboard has also been changed but the hanging problem still occurs
the staff at service centers are unprofessional, doesnt deal with us sincerely, engineers are so low graded that it took them 30 days to sort out what the problem is?

now think how much time they will take to solve it??????????
