[Resolved]  HDFC Bank account — HDFC ACCOUNT and customer id

My a/c no : [protected]. plese mail my customer ID.

Cant these HDFC guys have a look into this issue? seems to be everyone have this problem...

I am also recently opened a saving A/C, but couldn't able to find the Customer ID in the welcome pack. If at all we have to get it from some other process then they must inform the customer about the procedure to get that.I don't know how could they fool us this way keeping Customer ID as a key entry for all the transaction without informing anything about that.

I have also face the same problem. But at the place of compaining i call the customer care and get my customer id.

Hence pls. call to customer care of your area.
