[Resolved] HDFC Bank Bank Bhandarkar Road Pune — Pf Withdrawal | |
I have left the ADFC PVT ltd (working for HDFC Bank Ltd) in year 2008 and there after I have submitted PF withdrawal form subsequently to local coordinator Mr. Shrikant Kulkarni (HDFC Bank Ltd) I have been advised by the local coordinator that it will take 3-4 months to get the funds from PF office. However there after I have submitted the withdrawal on advise of local coordinator at Pune. But even after almost 5 months my claim is not settled and no amount is refunded to me. Dear Sir,
I had apply for personal loan as per telephonic discussion with your executive. and I have been submit all require document to her. but since 20 days I am not getting any response from her. & when I call her she pickup phone & keep the side. this is not method to behavior for customer.
she did not give me any loan reference no. and already I have complaint to give customer care on phone but she not respoce again (she name is :- Miss Naziya) from customer care office
My collect & offer loan person name is :- Miss miraj from bhandarkar road branch. she got any commission for collect customer document?
Please take correctly necessary action urgently
