HDFC Bank Bank / Credit Card — Not Receiving Hard Copy of Bills for last 3 months


I am using HDFC credit Titanium credit cards and for last 3 motnhs I am not receiving the hard copy of statement, I tried to call Customer care so many times everytimes they assure me to send it in next 5 days howerver nothing works. If I ask for the details when did you send and who receive the bills they used to say we do not track those information. If they are delivering my Credit statement to someone else then they are exposing my financial status in public and that can be an life threat for me.

On the other hand I called customer today morning at 9 AM and had a word with customre care guys and asked her to please transfer this call to some senior person as I have registered my request several times with you guys and did not get any response from you. She put me on hold and after 5 mins she told me that, please fill the complaint form online I have infromed that I have already filled that and requested again to transfer this call to senior member so that I can follow escalation chain she put on hold and after few mins. she told me that she can not transfer this call to him. I insisted for the reason then her expression told that his manager does not want to take the call. This is the kind of services I am getting from them.

I would request you to please look in to this and if possible please get my issue resolve.

hdfc bank/credit card — not receving my bills

i bought a credit card from hdfc in feb. since then i am not receving my bills. company is not sending me the card number is [protected]. i have reqested for address change from my office to my home. but nothing happened.

HDFC Bank Credit Card — Not received the card

My name is c.Vinod Kumar,mob # [protected].
I had lost my card,do not know the credit card number currently.I have called the support and blocked the card.
They said they would ship the new card in 10 days to my address and has charged my account for new card.
From then I did not hear any thing from the bank nor received the card.So I called the support recently and
asked for the status.They are now telling to give a letter to the bank manager for getting a new card which
would take another 10 days.The reason why I am writing this to you is I should have been told about this
procedure when I had first contacted to block your card.I was in assumption that I would receive the card
in few days.I am now waiting for the card to pay the outstanding and go for a next purchase.
But I still have not received the card.But they have levied an extra fee,over due charges on my account
with out even sending my card.I then called them and clearly said I will not pay any charges unless I
receive my card.But still they are refusing to send my card to the latest address.
The very foolish part is they are telling me that we could send a card to the newly updated address but
they are sending me over due charges bill and monthly bills.
Please help me.
