[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Loan foreclosure

I had car loan from HDFC bank, after 2 years of now i got transferred to Pune and wanted to transfer my car to my home town, For RTO transfer NOC, I need NOC form 35 from bank as my car is hypothecated. Hence i applied for loan foreclosure. It took them one week to approve the request, no was no confirmation received i had to go every other day to enquire. No after 15 they will send the NOC. So total of 22 days. While the loan was granted in less than 1 week How do we get them expedite the process -------- There are no SLAs No accountability Each retail branch have to own prerogative For each service they charge Rs500 like change in address Was this information helpful? i had taken an used car loan from hdfc bank on 2010 and i want to close the same as i got transfered to delhi and i have asigned to mr manish singh to close the sais accoun but no body is going to close for the same at hdfc car loan division.

I really being disturb and now onwards i am not able to pay the emi for it .

Pls suggest in this regard
