[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Emi -loans

Hi,
my loan no:[protected]
I have taken around 20 Lakh Loan from hdfc bank,selaiyur-chennai just few months.
i am paying my emis regularly that too 20 days before. still hdfc people trying to use my cheques to withdraw money without checking accounts.
As a result of their stupid and foolishness,i am getting unnecessary mails and at high time,
Rs.827.25 is debited from my hdfc account for cheque return charges.
CHEQUE NO:[protected] DATE:06 Dec 2011 FINE:827.25

may i know the procedure these banks are following?.

As there is no fault from my side, i need my money back. i never faced this situations anywhere.
need urgent action on this.

following are cheque return charges levied on my account.
I need below amount to be credited in my account ASAP.
As i am paying my emis regularly online, using cheques given as a security to withdraw money is stupidness and foolishness .

Also use my cheques only if i didnt pay my emis. it seems i need to teach basics of banking.
i am frustrated with worst service. cant imagine how can you people use my cheques without checking the account first?.

I just need 2 actions.

1. Accept the foolishness and refund the charges levied on my account.
2. this should not happen hereafter.
they will simply use cheques given for security and balme us for using online payment facility???
If we shouldnot use online payment facility, why they are providing such service first?.
Later they may ask why you people use ATMs for withdrawing money?
come and collect your cash by standing in queues... lol
Why dont they check my loan account - for any pending?
It seems we should not give cheques first to these people first.

THis is response from HDFC :

Please clarify us with reason for making online payment inspite of presenting post dated cheque. Also please let us know if you had ever made request for not to present the cheque stating your wish to make online payment.
