HDFC Bank — HDFC Credit Card Issued on my name to some one else | |||
I’m really in pain; Please help me. Let me give complete details: Some of the unknown HDFC Credit card no : [protected] got linked to my HDFC Savings bank a/c : [protected] and auto debited some amount. This issue is going on for last 1 year. When I fought with HDFC bank they removed the credit card link and re credited my amount back. After some time I have applied for Personal loan for the purpose of my marriage, all banks rejected my loan proposal because of the out Standing balance in the credit card (based on the CIBIL’s rating) I’m really don’t hold any HDFC credit card and they have distributed it to someone else on my name and attached to my PAN Card, but date of birth and address differs from mine. I have contacted so many times to HDFC Credit Card Division and also to Reserve Bank Ombudsman to get it resolved. But no is responding properly. you can also find id's of chairman of hdfc. copy to Ombudsman.
you will get a response..100%.
Only thing is you guys try for short cuts and jugad's. you do it and you suffer more and spend more energy and time
Please reply of banks website and regulators rather than spending your time in these website where people like us give you half baked info. trust me. I have tried and tested it many time..
