I am getting lot o[censored]nwanted calls from HDFC bank customer care executive. They are always telling about credit card product. I have told that I am not interested with this product. But they peoples are again and again calling me. They peoples are making harassment and disturbing. Kindly take on necessary action on it. Phone Number is [protected].

I got my card last year in the month of August and I used it as well.I spent 16-17 Thousand from this card out of which I paid as well in between but due to loss of job and financial crisis I was unable to pay them.They sent me a bill of 26000 rs..Which was very difficult for me to pay.then i paid the minimum due as well in between..but all uncountable for them.they again sent me a huge bill next month.I was fed with that..I do not wanted to do the settlement because i will effect my cbill and i would not be able to apply for loan in future which i might require.they took an advantage of it and ask me to pay 3800 for two months.it was so called manager''SEEMA'' in rajauri garden.she asked me to pay 3800 fr two months and then call HDFC customer care and ask for reversal.I did the same.Today I called the customer care and spoken to fatima she said that my card is blocked and I will have t call collection team to unblock the same.called collection team.they said that my card is suspended and they could not do anything.I am in middle of a mess now.I have paid so much of my hard earned money to them and they are bloody cheaters not helping me now.What should I do the next???

My name is chandan radia and i have recently opened an Salary Account with the HDFC bank and form the day one i am expereinceing noting other than problems.Thn 1st thing is i was forced to fill the credit card form while opening the account. 2nd is the guy who helped me opening the account in the branch said that it will be processed with in 15 business working days.

I was waited for 15days and called up the guy whom i was dealing with and at last he gave an information that it is being processed and it will take few more days i waited 3 days and got a call and a text message from the bank that for the verification and the text has my application information and when checked the application after 4 days it was rejected.

Went to the nearest branch of HDFC bank in BTM Layout bangalore. For the 1st time and there was a guy who was not able to answer the querry and asked me to call the customer care and called up they did not have the information why it was canaclled/rejected and the ended up delevering the same info to the guy in the branch they also did not have any answers for it and they took my number stating that we will get back to you. Again waited for 7 days and no response went to bank once again asked about the information again the agent was like what did you come. I was like what the hell. I came and gave all the info and now u ppl. Then she gave a number to contact and asked me to contact another guy in some diffrent location.

My question y r ppl having nearest branch to get the info and trns. I was not able to go to the bank and hence ended up calling the number hpoing to get the info about it. Called and gave the info he said that he will get back to me still no response 21 days passed.

I want to report a complaint against it and also updated the complaint in the HDFC bank portal still no response.

And one more information in salary account customers are not allowed to deposit the cash or what??? Why was i asked not to submit the cash in the bank when i went to deposit.

HDFC is the worst banking service i have ever experciend in my banking life. I have accounts with several branch. But its the worstest branch. Since its an forum i dont want to use any abusive words. i am very much frustrated with the service and not at all happy with the service.

I had applied for credit card of HDFC bank as on 13/Aug/13. However, still credit card not recieved. many times, i have called to customer care. but no one can give me valid reason. As per the company norms, I am eliziable for HDFC credit Card.

i have sent many mail to credit card team but same "no response". now i am totally dispointed from HDFC bank.
Even i also went to HDFC branch. but no response from them as well.
i am not sure, under which process they people are working.
Kinldy give your attention and reslove this case.

As per the EMI I'm regularly paying amount on month of 1st or 2nd day. But still I don't know how they are increasing my EMI monthly.and their costumer care boys talking like gundas.

This is Rishi Singhania, a customer of your esteemed bank. I am using your bank's credit card from last 3 years.
From last month I have mailed several request to your customer service but didn't got any satisfactory response.
Your customer service department is providing me date by date and delaying the proceeding and I am very much disappointed.

I have mailed your customer service regarding a conversion of a transaction of Rs.35000/- into 12months EMIs because Dial an EMI facility is not available in my net banking.
However, they are providing me the pattern me the payments.
Currently I'm unemployed and I'm unable to pay the amount of Rs.35000 as prompt or on next due date or neither can bear the interest thereon.
Your customer service providers assured me that they are working on this core issue but now I'm not getting any convenient call from them.
From last 3 years I made all my payments on or before the due date.
Tomorrow is my billing date, so I humbly request you kindly convert my that transaction into EMIs at the earliest.

I have no source of income, I can only manage to pay the dues on EMIs.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

1. Rs. 21, 375.00 was credited back to my account on 21st Jan 2015 as my transaction with Imagica was cancelled and Vendor had returned the balance.I owe this money to my colleagues and since the trip got cancelled they are requesting me to return back the amount to them.

2.The first followup i did with HDFC Credit card Customer care was on 21st Jan 2015 as soon as I received the transaction message. The Customer care person assured me that within 10 days I will receive the DD at my
home address by the Bank and I committed the same to my colleagues.

3.Later on when i did not receive any update, i did multiple followups and the # of days got changed from 10 to 7 to 15 to 25 and so on. I showed enough patience for the same.After that again when i followed up
with Customer Care team for status rudely replied that there is no such request raised previously they just disconnected my call.

Finally, I received a mail from HDFC Credit Card team on 7th Feb 2015 to use the excess credit balance, so that it will be adjusted towards the future spends done on my credit card account. However I did mention to them that i need to return back the money to my collegues to whom I owe the money and I am not okay with the solution instead I want the excess credit balance to be given back to me and Also, requested to settle my account and provide the balance back.I have not received a resolution yet and waiting for the same.

This is the worst banking service i get from HDFC Bank i have taken personal loan and Credit card which I have paying my all dues since i have been jobless from June 2014 how ever i manage to pay all the dues, since three months i am not able to my credit card minimum due amount, i have deposit the 25000 on 4/02/2015 to pay the loan dues and credit card outstanding minimum amount on my credit card till i get better job so that it can take two to three months more to search a better job. But when i accessing my net banking on 05/02/2015 they have blocked my funds in saving account its the way. Then how can i pay the the credit card and personal loan. Repeated calling in the customer care and phone banking no proper response from them.

They blocking of funds in customer account in HDFC Bank they have all the rights to withdrawal of funds without the authorise of the account holder nice banking service HDFC Banks has they can block funds, withdrawal funds deposit funds without the knowledge & authorise of the customer.
I have applied to a credit card online there shown a card for me but when your representative contact me then representative said this criteria did not fulfil and directly deny for the credit card and i am already using a icici bank credit card very bad response from Hdfc bank.
I am not satisfied with service of credit card. Statement which I received is not clear. Please give me clarification.
HDFC Credit Card. I have been using HDFC credit card since 2010 and they initially gave me credit of 1.5 L. I was using the card on monthly basis and i have used the EMI and Cash on Card several times and i was paying the bill on a regular basis. They also increased my credit limit to 2.63 L. Last year, i wanted to use the card for 1.5 L. So, i called the customer care and asked if i can convert the bill into 24 months EMI, to which the representative replied yes. So I used the card for it but when i called the bank to convert it into 24 months EMI, the representative said that the option is not available and that i have to make the payment in one shot. I did not have that kind of money. I asked and begged the bank to convert and i complained several times but now they are expecting me to pay over 2.5 L. I dont have that kind of money.

The collection agent who is a illiterate thug, comes to my house on a regular basis and tortures me. They drive me mad all the time. I told them that i used the card only because the bank agreed to convert the bill into 24 months EMI but now they say that they cannot do it. They have blocked my bank account and have taken my salary several times. I am unable to survive because of the bank gave wrong information in the beginning. I need justice.
