I am an HDFC Bank customer. My account details are as follows:

On 31st dec, 09. I had tried the transaction once from SBI Brookfields ATM.What exactly happened is ATMs did not dispense. And transaction was canceled and ATM was been hanged. the amount had been deducted from my account. I was trying to withdraw a sum of Rs. 5000/- from others branch ATM and it also once SBI ATM. It was happened at evening I was make transaction only onetime and amount slip show twice time I have also that slip whose soft copy is attached with this mail.
I got only once 5000/- rupees . but account has shows twice time deducted. Please help me to make my problem correct.
