since past 4 years i am getting email alert from HDFC. but now a days i am not getting those alert. And also i lost my customer ID for net bank activation. Kindly send those information to mail ID.

dear sir,
15 days back i have opened new savings acount in dharmapuri hdfc bank the same day i deposited one cheque also clearing.That cheque got credited after 2 days,the cheque value amounted rs.12400.Out of 12400,8962 was holded due to my credit card payment due,my actual credit card outstanding as on mar 09 2700(settlement letter issued from hdfc bank),i received settelement letter also ,but due to some reason i didnt paid that amount,now because of 2700,they holded my amount 8962.So i am requesting you do the needful for relase the holding amount

Whenevr register the message display : INVALID CUSTOMER ID.

Cant HDFC do something about making the retrieval of the netbanking user id easier and simpler? Does one have to wait for 48 long hours to get a solution? Speeden up the process for God's sake
i have used netbanking in irctc. i have booked one ticket in irctc. but that transaction is failed.so my money is not returned to my account. so please return that money to my account immediately.my account number is [protected]...iam requesting you to return money soon, i have need of that money and please mail me that you have returned money to my account are not.
