unable to operate my net baking service of my customer Id is 36995271 become locked & not activated.I receved new IPIN numbers but still the same problem persist.Received a message on my mobile phone & the the message is as foiiows"this is to inform you that your attempt for resetting your IPIN on line using HDFC bank's Netbanking services has failed due to the reason"Account locked for us".kindly advice how to activate the net banking account at the earliest.

My Net banking account is blocked today, the reason was putting wrong password. But the password i have entered is same as earlier. So, i can't understand what's the reason why it is not accepting the password. My a/c no. is [protected]. My customer id is 39445344.

Online net banking facility for corporate account no.[protected]-Caspro Metal Industries Pvt.Ltd. E1 MIDC, Shiroli, Kolhapur-416122.
We have already complted almost all activities but our account is still not activated and from Pune HDFC there is no co-operation.

my name is D.SHAHUL HAMEED i am ur customer since one year i have not used my netbanking facility for past 3 months and my password has expired my atm card expiry date is not printed properly and because of this my instant password is not getting done, when i called to the local branch(udumalpet)they did not help me regarding this i want u people help regarding this as i called ur customer care people who spoke to me for more than 6 min but got cut in between and of no use only thing is i lost my mobile balance and they didnt bother to call me back.i am really disappointed by this do contact me to continue with ur bank.
