Dear sir,

With reference to above cited subject I have resigned from the job as CSE Employee code is CJ03949. My resignation is accepted from 1st of September 2012. But I have not received my full & final till today. And my sales manger Mr. sunil kumar and another senior officers Mr. Aman and Mr. Raman do not provide any information about my full and final and respond to my query. I am very much harassed by then. So, I requested you kindly please help me to get my full and final payment as soon as possible.

i was working as CONTRACT SALES EXECUTIVE(CSE) in BOPAL branch-(305)

this is my query that till yet
i do not receive my provident fund & releving letter and full and final settlement also experience
certificate which .i have requested to my Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, and our co-ordinator many timesbut they are not supporting me.
now i am requesting you to release
my p.f as soon as possible in my salary a/c
& send me above said document as early as possible and obliged.
