Two Wheeler Loan — check bouncing

iI have taken the loan for two wheeler against which i had submitted the cheque for loan agreement no. LTHAN[protected] but my cheque was bounced though with enogh balance. kindly sent me the statement of my account.I will be highly obliged.

Hdfc Bank/Two Wheeler Loan — miss charging loan premium

Myself Jaswant Singh Nagar S/o. Shri. Ramjas Nagar, H. No. 188 Vill. Shahbad, P.O. Tigaon main road, Dist. Faridabad, Haryana 121004

I have received a registered a mail from Hdfc Bank on dates 18.12.2008 which showes that i have miss my premium amout but it is done by yourself. You said that my premium amount is not pay on time. whos time is 5-6th of the month. but we are paying our premium amount by ECS through bank and we have given you five checks of our account (My father's). then saw the bank statement as in our bank pass book which showes that you take payment on 13th of march 2008. and then on 19th of march 2008. But it is not right we have Rs. 2039.78 amount till 11.03.2008 in our account.

PLease tell me what is our fault when you didnot collect the premium amount on due date. And Our Bank charge two time Rs. 80/- from us why we pay that charge amount. And You also charges month by month increasing the amount . till this month charges are come to Rs. 2307/-

we can pay only our premium amount which is 1489/-

i saber ali one o[censored]r custome of two wheeler and my account no is 10849685 and is pay the emi is regurlery and my cheque is not bounce and my bike is sciesd bike no is AP 09 BG 3864 and they have sciezed that without noticed before sciesed my bike i ask with ur bank about they not give me statement note and after few days they sudden sciezed my bike and now they charges too much plz send me suggestion and i have do final settle ment and plz do it my favoure thank

Respected Sir, i mr laxmi narayan pati bearing HDFC 2 Wheeler Loan No[protected], in month of dec-10 6th day cheque was looging, unfortunately chequa bounced idbi bank deduct Rs 221/, . your colection agent named Bhabani pr das id no-162257, took Rs 1350/ against receipt no[protected], but he told me you should paid Rs 450/ as fine, why ? please clarify mt doubt. yours faithfully laxmi narayan pati mob no -[protected]

Respectet Sir, iam v.sri vishnu siva dutta HDFC2 Wheelar loan no19324123.I gave date 5th of every month for monthly installment.I already produced 6nos of SBI PDC cheques for monthly clearence.And every month iam maintaning sufficient amount in my SBI account.But cheque not clearing every month.I did ECS procedure also.Thereafter WHY? my loan installment not clearing every monthin promt time.Lots of times i called to HDFC coustmer care but there are not giving reasonable answer.Now what can i do.Please give sugessition.My mob no-[protected] & [protected].

Respected Sir, i am Mr. Tonglen Saum bearing HDFC 2 wheeler Loan No. 18126513. EMI 1718. this month unfortunately when i was going shopping i use my card more and the amount was less and don't get time to go and put the amount immediately, so the cheque was bounced and they called me and said we will come and collect from you i said yes but still they din't come, may be monday they will call me and come but from my Acc. emi 1718 is deducted on 16/03/12. ECSDebit HDFC bank LIMTED[protected], so do i still need to pay the bounced charge money since the amount is deducted already in my Account, and the same time they ask me to pay Rs. 450/- as fine, is not the fine if necessary only 221/- why is it.
