Subject: Complaint regarding Policy no. 13785841,13728374,13752832 Sir, I have complained no. of times that the policies sold by your sales development manager,Mr ravinder Partap Yadav Janakpuri,delhi were quite like cheating me as he told me one time investment for 4 years but that as not so.He gave me false assurances that if you take second policy of 55000/ you will get mobile and if take other policy of 40000/ you will get a fridge of 15000/ cost.So he sold me polices of Rs 170000/one lakh seventy thousand,and he did not give me 10% commission of it as well as no mobile and no fridge given to me So he cheated me,1-Rgular Policy instead of one time investment as he promised. 2.No commission of 10% of whole amount. 3. No free gifts of mobile and Fridge. So I request you to give me relief of these policies as being a pensioner coul not pay regularly three policies and remove such person to save the Company's integerity. Thanks. HDFCSL — Cheating of HDFCSL agent by selling wrong policies.
Sir,Mr. RP Yadav a representative of HDFCSL approached me to purchage some policy He explained me the policy of investment for 5 years to get just double of the amount.and I shall give you 10% comission .I purchaged of 75000/-After some dayys he came to me to purchage another policy of 55000/to allure me to give a mobile phone from compay so i purchaged it. after some days he came to me and told new scheme that if purchage another 40000/you will get fridge from the company,so i did .But he invested my whole amount in pension scheme for 10 years and no comission given to me,Now I being a pensioner find dificult to pay so much amount for at least 4 years regularly.In this he cheated me and Company ditto the agent.so I can be relieved .Thanks.
