My account no is [protected], i have done the net banking transcation for my mob: [protected] (BSNL) prepaid recharge Rs1000/-.
As per my account the amout has been debited from my account online payment.
but the end of transaction, i got the sorry message for recharge of Rs.1000/-
I hv got the confirmation report aswell as my account the amount has been transferred.

This happened when I tried to login to my netbanking after a long time. From then onwards I am not able to login & getting a message that my account is locked.
