this is regarding on line consultation with doctor Rohit Batra, a Dermetologist,available on health care site , an amount of 599 inr was paid on line through sbi on line net banking, but the process was not completed.at the end screen was showing

to consult please pay again.
but money has gone from my bank account.

please solve this issue, and refund my money.
