on 26/10/09 morning i went to your rk nagar, secunderaba super market to buy some vegetables. But when i asked where are leafy vegatables then your few of your staff has not responded to me and rudely said that look there. When I asked for second time also then they have not been answered to my question. I am regular customer buying everyday to your rk nagar heritage fresh.
Is the way your staff responding to me. I am not at all happy with your behaviour. When I compalined the same thing to the cash counter then that boy also not even responded. Dont you people know how to behave with the customers and not even they said sorry when I asked the same thing. If you people dont take into action Iam going to take a severe action.

Hi! I am sundar and that I am a regular customer of the heritage departmental store in East Tambaram. Whenever I visit the store there are lots and lots of deficiencies which I see over there and when I report them to the then manager of the store during the period of June and July 2010, the reply action was very swift, but the present new manager who is currently manning the store is not perfect and that when I given even a simple suggestion, the reply is "mind your own business". He very much speaks in a threatening manner, which was very much surprising for me.
If this is the way the customers are being received then what is the purpose of managing the store????

Heritage fresh in Adambakkam(NGO Colony) is a very worst shop in treating customers. In the rate board they are showing some offer/price/discount but while billing they are charging more telling that it was wrongly written in the board and this is happening maximum time.
