[Resolved]  Hero Goodlife Card — non issuing of gifts

sir,
my good life card no. [protected]. valid from 08/05/10 to 07/05/13.
being a star goodlife member, i didn't expected such a behaviour from the staff of (c-124, mayapuri industrial area, new delhi) hero service station.
when i reach 21000 i was to get a back pack, but they refused to issue one. now after my bike's engine overhauling, my card's point crossed 35000. but still they are not issuing my gifts. they always have excuse( keyboard not working / gifts not available) it's been a month, but my all efforts are in vain.
they keep on giving me dates, but same result. when i asked for complaint book they handed me feedback form and asked me to submit it to from where these goodlife card is issued(head office).
kindly help me...

Req For My Gifts

This is giri from Hyderabad, i have been a GoodLife Diamond Card
Member since 2000.i have maintain a Good Relationship with you from the last 14
years honestly.now i got around 120000+ Referral Points on my G.L Card.i
should renewal my card on 1st January, 2014. My G.L Diamond Card No[protected]

actually i got these following gifts from your dealership :-
Hand Gloves,
Special
Travel
Pouch,
Wallet,
Torch,
Umbrella,
Travel Bag,
Cutlery set,
Casserole,
Multi
Utility Set,
Lunch Box onlyi
do not get these following gifts till now :-
Backpack,
Windcheater,
Flask Set,
Hawkins Cooker 2 L,
Carpet,
Philips Iron,
Timex Wrist
Watch Pair,
Maharaja Whiteline Juicer Mixer Grinder,
Voucher Worth Rs-1250.

want my gifts now
So, once you can recheck with your dealership and pursue the issue soon. kindly cancel the previous redemption which are wrongly entered in my card as issued on 19/12/2013.
I spoke to your Dealer & customer care peoples so many times in the past but there is no use. once think your service to the customers.
yester day i spoke to Mr.Murali Sirat Kukatpally showroom, he said go and talk in Erragadda showroom but both showrooms are under same dealership.& code
where is your customer relationship & concern about customer?
i want my gifts immediately, i could not get any
gifts on 19/12/2013. but i got a mail with my transaction from you.now i
was sending the transaction details & my G.L Cards with attachment
now.
once check your dealer then pursue soon.without my permission & sign how should they done the transaction on my card? actually my previous G.L Card[protected]
has been expired on 10/10/2013 but how would they done the transaction
on 19/12/2013.that is 100% fake. then i could renewal my card on
01/01/2014
am not satisfied with your Goodlife Service at your dealership (BHANU AUTOMOBILES Pvt Ltd - 10168),
its not begging about this its my right as your Goodlife existing member.
