[Resolved]  Hero Honda / Cbz Xtreme — The worst bike in the world/hero honda /cbz

I am a software engineer working for a reputed MNC
I bought a Hero honda/cbz in march 2007 which is 10 months old till date in hyderabad BHANU AUTOMOBILES, kUKATPALLY.
MY FIRST PROBLEM:
The next morning after my purchase of the bike I noticed that when I apply breaks KATTACK OO KATTACK..... SOUND comes and further more the breaks were not effective ( rear break) I have complained to the service center officials in each and every free service provided by them till now to my surprise the sound is the same and now no rear break. they are least bothered inexperienced mechanics in this show room and head strong guys who dont even know how to talk to a customer.
and about the hero honda managers why to care for the bike ? because their job is over got 66,500Rs
from my valuable earnings and they are inthe race to be the largest selling two wheeler company.
SECOND MAJOR PROBLEM:
At the time of my 4th service I noticed that my bike was loosing paint on the engine side (8 months old)
I complained about it and fought tough with the manager responsible he saw it and changed the
HEAD PART OF THE ENGINE because it was loosing the colour great what a decision and advise .after
that i noticed that some huge sounds coming out from the engine (I travel daily 15kms to my office
both up and down) and today I noticed that the sounds were increasing I had a doubt I went to the senior mechanic nearby for advise he observes some smoke coming out and checks for the engine oil level
and finally advices the ENGINE BORE IS OUT.AND SAYS that the problem is due to the HEAD CHANGE DONE PREVIOUSLY .SO I WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW THE NAME OF THE GREAT MAN INEXPERIENCED AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER MECHANIC (LAXMAN) BHYANU AUTOMOBILES ,KUKATPALLY,HYDERABAD -500072
SO I kindly advise you all friends never never buy
HERO HONDA PRODUCTS.

THE SHOW ROOM PEOPLE TO CALL ME AND DO THE NEEDFUL. LETS WAIT AND SEE I AM MOVING TO THE SHOW ROOM NOW FOR A WAR WITH THIS MANAGERS LETUS WAIT AND SEE iWILL UPDATE MY MATTER THE RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGERS IN BHANU AUTOMOBILES.STAY TUNED.

DO NOT TRUST THE QUALITY OF HERO HONDA PRODUCTS Hi, I am Avnit kumar Muthreja, i live in jamshedpur which is in jharkhand. I am a student, as i am a great lover of Hero Honda's motorcycle i have owned a karizma but from the second day my bike starts troubling me. On the second day the headlights of my bike automatically goes ON when i had gone to servicecentre they check, the PASS LIGHT SWITCH was not Ok so they change it Free of cost After a week the mudguard of my bike cracks near the area where Bolt fits. I again take it to service centre firsty they do not agree then after a great TALK they told me that they change it free of cost but there was no mudguard available they told me that after a week they will change it. But it tooks more than two months to them to change the mudguard and the mudguard which has been changed is full of black dots AND NOW MY BIKE IS COMLETED FIVE MONTHS Yesterday when i am riding my bike i hear some sound on the rear part of my bike when i saw the REAR RIGHT SIDE COWL cracks near from bolt. Today when i had gone to the service center they told that it does not covers under warrnty and suggesr me to claim insurance. So, tell me that if a running bikes body cracks due to jumping on a hole or a bumper whose mistake is it of mine or bumper being on the road if the quality of the material is not good what can a consuner do change the body part everytime IF THIS MESSAGE REACHES TO HERO HONDA OFFICE I WANT THEM TO ANSWER ME
I Have purchased a hero honda CBZ EXTREME From HIMGIRI MOTORS located in East Delhi on 15/11/07. And After 15 days it started giving terrible sound from Front portion.when i reported to hero honda service centre, they told me that the sound is due to some paper in the wheel.(I REPORTED TWICE AT SERVICE CENTRE) but nothing happened.

when i went third time then worker didnot get that noise but i understand him that my disk plate is not proper in shape so it need to be replaced since it is in warranty but they told me to claim it in accidental insurance.after 3 weeks my disk plate is replaced.also at that time their worker told me that the front portion of my bike including shokers,break shoe,etc. is not working properly.so i need to be care of that.

i have heard this complaint from 6 friends of mine also.

so if strict action is not taken in this regard i would have to lodge an fir against HERO HONDA MOTORS.

Friends I have the same problem with my Hero Honda Achiever 150 cc Bike. I bought two yrs back from auto needs, Patparganj Delhi. At two instances the serviceCentre of Auto Needs Pvt. ltd in East Delhi is really bad. Once after paid service all the engine oil went leaked out due to improper fitting. I told the service manager and he then got Rs. 100 waive off in my next service. Another paid service of wheel alignmemt, pickup problem and starting problem was not proper. I directly complained to hero honda about the particular service centre and they said. they will look into this. NOw I am facing the pickup break, startup and gear automatically comes to neutral while driving. So Hero HOnda service is worst. so i advise not to buy any hero honda bike. I am planning to sell it as it is useless. Rather I will buy TVS RTR 160 or Bazaz pulsar 150 cc.

I have a got a quatation for herohonda splendor plus in vijay auto agency, palayamkottai, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu on 15/04/2008. The price quoted was RS. 43, 763.00 (On Road price).
I have paid Rs. 4, 000/- as advance payment for the quoted price accepting the quoted price on 17/04/2008. I wanted to pay the full amount in cash and got the money by preclosing my fixed deposit account. On 21/04/2008, I selected the vehicle (Splendor plus) and they demanded RS. 44, 271/- I refused to pay the vehicle because of the rise in the price. I asked my advance payment and they gave me back the money. I do not mind in paying the extra amount. They have no loyalty in their words. I am waiting for your reply.

I am from harayana dist-JIND Tahsil-Narwana.Sir i went for sevcing of my bike cd(deluxe), but i haven't receive of proper sevicing of my bike with getting misbehave from there, I complaint the battery problem in my bike, but they told me that this is not under the rule of servicing.Suddenly i have seen in the book of servicing.it was mentioned there. I told them to wash up my bike but they didn't do that.They didn't maintain the rule of service center and weare facing a lot of problem in this.Without using proper uniform they doing misbehave also, so sir i am requesting you to take action on them and maintain the decorm of HERO HONDA.Adress of that service center is

hero honda / cbz-xtreme — abnormal sound coming from the bike

i bought cbz-xtreme fro siva enterprises, samastipur, bihar, from first day onwards it is giving problem, abnormal sound, low pick up etc. after 5 servicing no improvement in the bike. also no response from hero honda.

hero honda cd-deluxe — engine sound

After 2 nd free service I found that some sound in engine. Immediately I catact our nearest service centre at Bhadrak, Orissa and they told me that engine is OK. But I could not satisfied with the service. Again I have gone to nearest service station at Balasore, Orissa and he told me that some sound was happen in (Head) kit sound and he adjust. But once again I am not satisfied with the serive neither in Bhadrak nor at Balasore. Therefore I earnestly request you to kindly send your qualified technician to check up my vehicle as early as possible.

My Husband bought Hero Honda Passion plus, just 1 month back, and he gave it for free service (ride 650 km) yesterday.He got it back from service center and started to ride on it, after some 15km of travel, bike started giving some noice and stopped. When he checked it, he came to know that the service center person have not filled engine oil. Later we called them and asked them to rectify the problem. They have done something, and it has got rectified at that time, again the same problem occurred after an hour.

We are worried that since we have ride the bike without engine oil, the life of the engine might have got reduced, Hence the problem may again persist.
So, please advice us, what must be done now.
in the month march 08, i had own a passion pluss bike, at your mangaloor show room(magranth ).at first i have only 45kmlitterpetrol.after the second service now i have variation in milleage. at the speed, 30-40 kms i got 65 km/ltr .and at the speed40-55 i got 60km/ltr . and at the speed 55-60-65 kms i got only 47kms/ltr.these diff in milleages why?

MY MAIN PROBLEM:
when apply breaks "kattack"... SOUND comes and further more the breaks were not effective ( specially rear break) I have complained to the service center officials in every free service. but no use now the sound is the same and now no rear break. they don't no ...how difficult to stop a 150 cc bike while running ...with a very very bad rear break

I bought a new bike on aug . Looking and all is ok.But problem with the gear lever. so Please if anybody face this issues .please give me a solution.
My bike CBZ XTREME, 1 YR OLD, after 9000+ kms suddenly the engine turned off and it didn't start. when I went to service station MA motors they said that the plug is to be replaced. I bought the plug and the replacement was done. After 20 kms of journey I got the same problem of engine getting off when the engine is slow/idle. Then I checked the plug. It durned black for a 20 kms ride. After that I have given my bike for servicing at MA motors and informed regarding the problem. They said that will be taken care of. After 4 days from service again I got the same problem. Then they asked me to leave the bike and come back in the evening. Then it worked fine for 1 day. Now my bikes engine turns off suddenly when I try to accelerate from idle. I have asked three of my friends who is using CBZ xtreme. 2 of them has got the problem. Because of this problem my mileage came from 50 to 32. A worst mileage in the present scenario. Provide me a service engineer who can solve this. Iam fed up with incapable team at MA motors. please advice on priority as I love my bike a lot. I can't ride my bike accelerating every time in traffic.
CBZ bike is a very excellent and lovable bike but this CBZ-Extreme bike has spoiled that name. In extreme the painting section is very very wrost. So i kindly request you to rectify the complaints. CBZ had a very maas name so dont spoil that name.

i would like to share my experience at the service centre .i went for the first free service of my cbz xtreme to okhla ARC Motors delhi at 9:30am .By 6:00pm my bike was not even washed and i was asked to wait for some more time because the paid ones are getting serviced first .Mr.raj kumar supervisor told me that every thing has been done only oil has to be get changed but actually he was lying .finally i asked him to give my keys back and came back dissappointed.
I would like to suggest all customers to not to go to service centres as u never know what is going inside the service centre with ur bike and we pay for that also.Please get ur bikes serviced outside in front o[censored].

I have a hero honda hunk. from 2 service my bike chain set loose in every 500 to 700 km. when I went to service station thay said its ranning part so its loose and tite it. but time of 4th service chain set worst and he says thats not in worranty. pleas take out some solution for that and please please do reply me.
