[Resolved]  Hero Honda / Cbz Xtreme — The worst bike in the world/hero honda /cbz

I am a software engineer working for a reputed MNC
I bought a Hero honda/cbz in march 2007 which is 10 months old till date in hyderabad BHANU AUTOMOBILES, kUKATPALLY.
MY FIRST PROBLEM:
The next morning after my purchase of the bike I noticed that when I apply breaks KATTACK OO KATTACK..... SOUND comes and further more the breaks were not effective ( rear break) I have complained to the service center officials in each and every free service provided by them till now to my surprise the sound is the same and now no rear break. they are least bothered inexperienced mechanics in this show room and head strong guys who dont even know how to talk to a customer.
and about the hero honda managers why to care for the bike ? because their job is over got 66,500Rs
from my valuable earnings and they are inthe race to be the largest selling two wheeler company.
SECOND MAJOR PROBLEM:
At the time of my 4th service I noticed that my bike was loosing paint on the engine side (8 months old)
I complained about it and fought tough with the manager responsible he saw it and changed the
HEAD PART OF THE ENGINE because it was loosing the colour great what a decision and advise .after
that i noticed that some huge sounds coming out from the engine (I travel daily 15kms to my office
both up and down) and today I noticed that the sounds were increasing I had a doubt I went to the senior mechanic nearby for advise he observes some smoke coming out and checks for the engine oil level
and finally advices the ENGINE BORE IS OUT.AND SAYS that the problem is due to the HEAD CHANGE DONE PREVIOUSLY .SO I WILL LET YOU ALL KNOW THE NAME OF THE GREAT MAN INEXPERIENCED AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER MECHANIC (LAXMAN) BHYANU AUTOMOBILES ,KUKATPALLY,HYDERABAD -500072
SO I kindly advise you all friends never never buy
HERO HONDA PRODUCTS.

ATLEAST BY SEEING THIS COMPLAINT i EXPECT
THE SHOW ROOM PEOPLE TO CALL ME AND DO THE NEEDFUL. LETS WAIT AND SEE I AM MOVING TO THE SHOW ROOM NOW FOR A WAR WITH THIS MANAGERS LETUS WAIT AND SEE iWILL UPDATE MY MATTER THE RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGERS IN BHANU AUTOMOBILES.STAY TUNED.

This is very very very bad to hero honda recently i bought my cbz extreme and in 1 month its working like a nonsense thing. while driving its incresing its RPM and taken show room to my 1 servicing. then the problem started now it is getting off on roads because of decreasing of RPM I dont know what the balde hell going in bike so pl make small favour what to now pl yaar try to understand my problem

my name is anoop .i bought my Cbz-extrem from marthandam Barath motors tamil nadu i like its per formnce .but there is manufacturing default it's handle .it is bent to one position .i thought it will be dew to loading problem so that i changed but even after changing it, the problem remain same .what i have to do for that .next one is with its front break there was some noice coming while driving from the disk . i said to the work shop but it remain same problem now it is running on 28550km i like to exchange and buy a new cbz how much i have to pay for that .my email is rp.anoop.[protected]@gmail.com

hai am jinu from kerala . cbz xtreme is the best most selling bike in the last year it shows the performance of the bike than any other bike in this segment of price and class .

keep service at every 2500 km and keep the bike smooth drive then nothing complaints will happen. iam satisfied on cbz xtreme

I have purchased one Hero Honda CBZ Extreem DSS Motor Bike

I submit that on the day of purchase after driving the vehicle for above 2 KMS. I notice technical trouble in vehicle the same has been informed to the dealer who in turns had give me a test bike on the instant day and delivered me the new vehicle has some manufacturing defect right from the day one and I have been put to severe problems without a proper vehicle and this shows that the dealer has delivered the defective vehicle to me knowing with that is defective vehicle right from the beginning

I have given the said vehicle for servicing also at M/S LAKSHMI MOTORS RAJBHAVAN ROAD HYDERABAD on[protected] which is the due date but since the date of purchase the vehicle has been continuously giving one or other problem which is not traced till date although brought to the notice of the dealer.

I submit that since the date of purchase the vehicle has been giving wobbling in handle some unknown noise in the vehicle which has been brought to the notice of Dealer M/S LAKSHMI MOTORS Who in turn assured me to rectify same time and again but did not yield any positive results.

So far I have left the vehicle with the Dealer for 3 times but yet the technical problems/ defect is not cured to my satisfaction

I am very unhappy with th service and bike and suspecting that this is not new bike this is used bike (rebut ton bike)

Friends Dont purchase herohonda products in lakshmi motors somajiguda hyderabad. My friends also taken byke same day they are also facing same problem. and finally they told that we dont repair your byke.

I purchased herohonda cbz extreame in LAKSHMI MOTORS, SOMAJIGUDA, RAJBHAVAN ROAD, HYDERABAD. on date 01-APR-2010

Day one i am facing a problem with bike. On first day i found that after driving two kilometers some huge noise is comming from bike. they replaced one part from bike and they given me bike.

After first servicing i found problem with gear system and they replaced gear spindle something i dont exact word for that one .

After some days i found problem HANDLE SHAKING they told that problem with front tyre need to replace by your self. i went to MRF show room i replace the tyre, still problem is not solved, for resolving this problem they chaged FRONT TYRE, WHEEL, DISK, BACK TYRE, WHEEL, DISK, and SHOCK ABSORBERS still problem is not solved .

After sending the legal notice to them.Finally they said that keep the bike here for 20 days we will solve the problem and LAKSHMI MOTORS MANAGER (Mr Bose) is told that if bike problem is not solved we will give a new bike.

After 20 days they called me I taken the bike. Now i am facing problem with shoulder pain and i called them i sholuted on the service manager(Mr. Uday)

When I reach to service center for sholder pain problem. they replaced handle and they told that there is a problem with manfacture default in HANDLE.

And finally Mr Uday rudely told that dont come here for service once again and i never service your bike.

I purchase the bike with Rs.72000 almost and they are saying like this.

Friends NEVER PURCHASE BIKE IN LAKSHMI MOTORS THEY ARE SELLING ALL MANFACTURE DEFAULT BIKES AND REBUTTON BIKES I AND MY FRIENDS HAVE FACED LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THIS BIKE AND SERVICE.

Mr Bose he is the manager and uday is the service engineer they dont any thing. IF is threre any problem they replace the part with out noticing problem. And i am suspecting that they are cheating HERO HONDA ALSO

DON'T PURCHASE A BIKE IN LAKSHMI MOTORS, SOMAJIGUDA, RAJBHAVAN ROAD, HYDERABAD.
Sir I purchase a new cbz xtreme bike. its speed and control are very quickly. but
the spare parts are not fine finished with molded plastic not a even screw type also the plastics are very low quality only. my cbz front visor is not finished perfectly. its not worth for the high speed cc please try to change as good finished and joint of screw perfectly. if any reply pls mail me my id [protected]@gmail.com
in tiptop condition i bought it from one of my friend and after a accident in 110kmh in highway road i feel that the bike is not performing as like before even it went to a servicing times.and its back light suddenly gone don't know why but the damage only happened in front of the bike nothing serious or major.and in winter season its hard to start the bike by self or kick both. i am very unhappy with its performance now.the front hidroleak brake is not performing well i just set a new hidroleak brake 2months ago.when i brake its sounds really bad.sometimes i am scared to ride coz i feel like it would be out of control anytime.whyyyy???stupid bike of da centuryyyyyy
hi i am amit.i buy a new cbz.i have a diffrent type of problem.when my bike cross the speed 70, when they create a abnormal sound like a hooter.few day i thing that is new function put by the hero honda.but when i check the bike in hero honda agency, i find no body know about this function.they say we never see this type of error or function.i am totaly surprised no body catch this problem.now am help less.i just want to say i am not happy with hero honda.

cen u som one help me? today i went for showroom to get a CBZ extreme old model (blake with red) but the they are told that bikes are totaly stoped by compeny.

they have only new moduls in hydrabad. plase help me to get old modul

oil leakage is very much from engine i buyed in march 2011 from 2nd week on wards started oil leakage from engine i complaint to HH manager he is giving harsh response..for whom i should give complaint to solve my problem.
