[Resolved]  hero honda company — compalint against hero honda company for not delivering parts

Respected sir,
I had purchased my hero honda (super splendor blue color 2006 model)from noida in june 2006. Currently i am staying at mohali, punjab. I had an accident in the first week of july 2009, that damaged visor of the bike due to which headlight lost its actual position and i have great difficulty in driving bike in the night. I usually avoid driving at night and suffer losses. i had contacted manager of Balagi Automobile hero honda showroom in mohali phase 5, to book my bike under accidental case and contact the concerned insurance company for claim. But he said i have to leave the bike in the showroom till the parts arrive he cannot start work on my bike, i asked him if i could take my bike since my bike would remain idle as parts are unavailable. He granted me and promised to intimate me when the part will arrive. Till today i have been driving my accidental bike with other problems like handle of the bike and shocker are dented, noise in the brake and worst part is headlight problem. I visited the manager number of times but say they cannot start repair work as parts are not been delivered from hero honda company and are helpless. According to them showroom manager has asked for the delivery but no positive response from company side. As a customer i am very much dissatisfied with the service of hero honda as its more than a month and i am still driving my damagad bike with losses.
So i would request you to kindly help me out in this regard. what suggestion you give so that i get a quick relief.

know the unbilled amount of [protected] of this month
i have problem in honda shine, your services center services is very bed, no body responcible man in your rajkot services center. my cell no. is [protected]
To whomsoever it may concern, i would like to inform u that, , take it as my suggestion
i want to tell u that while we, consumers go for servicing of our becomes a very difficult task for us.
As it is too much time consuming.and wastage of our valuable time ..
so as a customer o[censored]r product, , i like to mention that "why u don't start a dual shift servicing, in which the servicing may take in day shift and night shift also " by this we will not loose our important work and we can have the enough time to get better service in the night shift
So Sir/Mame think about my plant and try to implement wherever possible

I had purchased the vehicle bearing registration no JH05Z- 8627 on 22.08.09 with other particulars given here under.


I wish to say that rear side shocker (back side shocker problem) persist from day one I had bought the vehicle

I had visited almost every service centre located, in jamshedpur but the problem could not be solved

However union motor sonari service centre had changed the back side drum but the same problem still persist I was told that problem could only be attended after the service engineer arrives in jamshedpur
Please take the necessary action

Hi sir/madam i had purchased ma KARIZMA ZMR (WHITE) vehicle in MILLENIUM MOTORS DOMLUR BANGALORE its been jst 1yr 2 months, from past 5 months i keep telling them there is (vibration in the front sheald and there is lot of vibration in the vehicle while driving). If given to service they say its rectified an charge us an aftr 2 days the same prob starts occuring, if i go give them again they tell sorry sir we couldn't, as their is no proper mechanics for such bikes than why do u launch the vehicle in the market. Other worst part is tat when ever given to service their is one or the other scratches, if we ask they end the conversation by tellin "sorry" IM VERY VERY DISSATISFIED with this kind of service

Being ur company an well reputed company we come for the better sevice but its worse to the core only the "BILL PRICE REMAINS GETTIN HIGH" SO I KINDLY REQUEST U TO ALLOT ANY GOOD MECHANICS AN CARE TAKEN DURING TIME OF SERVICE


Dear, Hero-Honda Company, I like Hero, s bike. We Bangladeshi young generation like Hero-Honda most. Actually I'm fond of gypsy style motor cycle. So I want & desire a Hero-Honda gypsy style motor bike which will be 150cc, Because of according to Bangladesh Govt.'s permission it must be up to 150cc. So, We want a glamorous gypsy style Hero-Honda motor bike. We want it as if it may compete with Yamaha Anticer which is most salable for Bangladesh till now. So, consider it for future. With the best wishes to Hero-Honda company.
