[Resolved] Hero Honda — NOT CHANGING OF REAR SHOCKUP ZERK DURING 3 YEARS WARRANTY | |||
I have purchased Hero Honda Passion Plus Motor Cycle from Sukhchain Enterprises, Noamundi a sub dealer under Chaibasa Hero Honda Dealer in the Month of June 2008. After 1 year I found that one of my rear Shokup zerk get leaked. I have informed the concerned but no response for changing the rear shokup zerk and they told me it can be changed by paying the amount. Though I have got 3 years of warrenty why my shokup zerk not changed. They have told me that though I have completed the full servising schedule but again they told me you have not completed the after 1 year service schedule. As a sub dealer they have to told us about the after 1year service schedule to be finished then can you get the benefir. If this is the matter I request you to look into the matter and solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
