to G.M , hero motocorp Delhi, sub.. complaint facing in bike No. Dl 3S CL 3921 IGNITOR BIKE SIR I have purchased this on 21/3/2013. i am facing problem for the beginning and no one is listening the problems are given below....... 1. Engine making enormous sound 2. due to engine overheating it is making terrible sound 3. when bike is on running condition accelerator automatically increased and it can be cause an accident. 4. if i increased the speed beyond 45 . the bike will start vibration and its shakes. please do the needful, i will be thankful to you. from..... suraj Singh Mob... I bought Ignitor bike 5months back. Its condition was good upto first service and had given 50 kmpl mileage. One and only problem was stucking of gears. After first service gears problem has not been solved and three more problems cam eup.
1) Mileage reduced to 27kmpl
2) starts automatic accelerating
3) Engine making sounds
After 2nd service, automatic raising problem has been solved but mileage, gears and sound problem still exits.
I couldn't expect such performance grom HERO.

My bike reg number, DL3SCU5768, 4th service done on 5th june 2016. From shiva auto gallery sangam vihar, ratiya marg. Chain broken automatically on road. I repaired vehicle on road side mechanic because workshop is too long. How this happen in new vehicle. Kindly take care of my concern seriously.Abhishek
