[Resolved]  HFCL Connect — bill payment

The company disconnected my phone on account of exhaustion of credit limit of my telephone. Bill was delivered to me on 21-8-08. I paid the bill by cheque on 22-8-08. The cheque was credited in the account of HFCL connect 22-8-08. The company did not started my phone. After repeated calls to customer care the phone was started on 30-8-08. The attitude of company employees is so lazy that they could not verify the payment in their bank account. The company has accounted the bill payment on 30-08-08. what a company and what a attitude.

i am a connect customer since 2006, i had used a connect connection in 2006 and got it disconnected due to overbilling . the matter was sorted out and i made a full and final payment of Rs 700, but then i took another connection in 2008 and again had to make a payment of Rs 250 against the previous number . noew i again got a call from delhi high court that a case has been registered against me and i had to make a payment of Rs 3288 again . i just want to complain to the company that your debt collection department for harrassing me again and again . i just want the company to refund the money or else i will have to file a case in the consumer court . i would be highly oblidged if the company can cooperate with me as i am a existing customer and have also recommended the same connection to many of my friends .
sir mera nam umesh hai mai apko ek baat batana chahta hu mere ghar ke pas ek coonect ka broadband lagvaya gaya tha unka naam suresh bhola hai aunka address near purani baiji ki kutia basti abdullapur mai
hai sir enhone 3 month ka internet ka bill pay nahi kiya hai inki rakam 1500 rupees ho gayi hai

I am also a customer for a long time and I am very frustrated regarding bill payment. As I am professional and I have no time to pay the bill to go to the connect bill store. I always try to pay online but unable to pay due to bloody service error. I am not understanding what the connect service provider are doing no one taking the responsibility for customer. Whenever I reach to connect store in evening the executive said that we have sent the mail so we wont receive the payment.

If any body just notice the website problem then it will be very helpful to customer.

I have paid my connect bill from 16june to 15july2010 online on 21july 2010. this payment is not updated in ur records sofar. my bill is still unpaid in ur records. please look into the matter at the earliest.
