[Resolved]  Highland Holiday Homes — fake gift voucher

Dear friends, , , I also got cheated by Highland holiday homes for Rs 35000/- for 5 years. They promised 5 star hotels and resorts but the experience in Panchgani was very bad. They had very poor service, no room service, no security and no receptionist. Customers from Highland were treated as 3rd class and rooms given are very dirty. They dont give any choice at all. From all these messages It seems that they have cheated lot of people with the name of Bajaj.

Let us fight together to stop their business and get back our money. Please share any ideas or suggestions to fight with them.

I strongly agree with all the people who have raised the complaints here against the most corrupted and fraudulent to the core Highland Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd. Even though I too was cheated . I believe we all to should stand together and devise something to get these Highland Holiday people on to the hooks.
Just scrapping in such sites is not a way to teach such frauds a lesson. We need to form a group and see to it what can be done further in taking a case against these people.

I too got cheated by Highland holiday homes by false promises informing that they are of "Bajaj group". I was shocked to learn that they are no way related to Bajaj group.

As suggested by some of the complainants, the only way is all the affected people coming together and fighting against the fraud people.

I plan to take up this issue with the consumer court. If any or you would like to join do send me a mail with your details and also with a note whether you would like to part of this joint crusade against these fraud people. We can file a combined case against these people and get justice.

Myself and my fiancee also got cheated by the same organization in Bangalore. We took the voucher for Rs.25000 for 5 years and later surfed the net and came to know of everything.
We did not use any services offered by them after reading all these. We filed a case in Consumer Court against them and after a couple of months of hearing and delays, the court order was to return the money to us with interest. It still remains to be seen whether or not we get the amount within 4 weeks as per the order.
However, still glad the court order was atleast in our favor.

Even I've lost Rs13, 700/- and ready to fight against them.

looks like this is big fraud. We also received a call today that we've won the free gift for 3 questions. Thank you all

My wife had recd. call at my res. from so called Co. HIGHLAND HOLIDAY HOMES PVT LTD. 3 years back and she was asked 3 simple questions and said that you have received free gift worth Rs.4500/-.
We both were asked to come at Tiptop Plaza, Thane, some Executive was there to convince me regarding Tour package and also told that this is a Bajaj Group Company. After one hour or so he totally convinced us about the package and also promised that I can also use the club facilities affiliated to this company, but in my city only 2 clubs were there, out of the 2, one was far away from my residence say around 8-9 kms and the other one was under construction which was nearer to my residence and till today it is under construction. I agreed with him and i had signed the papers for 3 years package of Rs.14000/-, but there are lot of things which they told us were lies and are incorrect For example- They told me that you can rent your holidays for Rs 4500 per year and this will be done by the company and was asked to apply for renting holidays but no reply was received by me. I had tried booking for Goa but was told that it is peak season and for 2nd time also same thing happened. Nor I could use the holidays & nor the Club facilities. Now that 3 years are getting over this month and I could not make use of single penny from the amount paid to them. I too got cheated by Highland Holiday Homes.

Since we have not used any of their services, cannot log any case also and also the time limit is getting over. Is there any way How we could get the money back. Please advise.

The same happenned with me as well when I was called to Raheja Arcade in front of Forum. I went for free gift and was trapped to shell Rs 18000 for a membership of 3 years.

The conditions that those guys said was that if you wont use your Holidays you can lend it to somebody else and get the commission from HHH. But when I tried to lend it by calling them they said for the first year I have to use and rest of years they can lend. Now if I call them they are not responding properly.

They even said if you go to the clubs like country club you can get the entry fee off for all 4 of your friends but when I went there country club ppl only waived it for me and all my friends were charged.

No rooms available for any resort when ever I call them.

The HHH lady on the call is really rude and says that I havent paid to her anything.

Dont get fooled and think of some way to get those cheats tought a lesson and jailed for fraud.

CONSUMER COURT

Yes, I too got cheated by the same promotional event at Raheja Arcade,
We must got to Consumer Court, but i tried calling them frequently and tried to get any kind of confirmation about the promises what they did on the promotion, but they are not even ready to comunicate back by mail.

This is really sick, we need proofs to go to consumer court, and i'm still trying to get some.

hi, wat rubbish, im d member of highland holiday homes from last 4 yrs, i never faced any problem, all properties are maintained well, still wen i c reviews i feel like 2 laugh.im very happy with there service, even recommend 2 u all 2 go for it.

we are also cheated by HHH last month. Kindly let me know about any refund possiblities. Also is there any action taken against them by anyone so that we can also join them. pls contact [protected]

I too paid 35000/- for 5 years.But i smelled the fish and checked the web and contacted many guys who got cheated by HHH and started fighting with them to get my money back from the SECOND day ITSELF.

LUCKILY i paid thru Credit CARD.

First i gave complaint that i lost my Credit card and i did not do the transaction.So BANK holds the amount.
But dispute come in favor of HHH.
Then again i raise one more DISPUTE with Credit CARD company that i was not merchandise.(Did not get any service from merchant)-

CHARGE BACK REQUEST.

Since money is held with BANK due to my first dispute ...HHH did not gave any membership CARD.
So i m lucky there..

Because of the CHARGE BACK REQUEST ...BANK done investigation and gave back the credit to me.

SO I AM THE LUCKIEST GUY AMONG THE PEOPLE WHO CHEATED BY highland holiday homes.

GOT 100% of my MONEY.

I called many times to MR SANJAY BAJAJ on his mobile...He also agreed to pay back.But before that only i got solution.
I did contacted many guys who paid money to HHH.But they r not very serious to fight.
Since most of them are S/W engineers...they are busy.

Highland holiday is complete "fake". The best you can do is - go to their "presentation" meeting, waste their 2 hours of presentation, and leave without accepting anything. You must go there with a determined mind to reject their offer. Otherwise at the end of their 2 hour prsentation, you will be forced to accept it. Complete anti-social elements. Cheaters. They don't give you a day to think if really want to buy or not.

I have been getting calls from a lady, she said that you have been selected for a free holiday package from future group. They asked me to come to delhi (I dont remember the place) but she asked if possible couple has to come.

It was totally fake as they never mentioned what kinda prize is that for.. I ignored them..they called back and said to tell your father and wanted him to come.. I said 'no we are not Interested'. After 1 month my sister received same kinda call telling that you have won aholiday package... I was shocked to see that.


this is all cheat

I am also a victim of these guys. people interseted in getting money back can contact me by email on urgent basis before 30 th amy 09. in a group we can sort them out better.

I have gone through the similar woes w.r.t. Highland Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd. membership.

It will be of great help, if someone from this group can guide me on how to go about in dragging them to the court of law & get my hard earned money back from the fraudsters "Highland Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd."

I am also keen in exposing them on media & get these crooks behind bars; so that going forward people like us don't fall in similar trap.
