i am left with coupons. Shd i use them?
i also recd nsc certificates from them.

even i was part of it, this company had fraud case against us.
they told that u win free gift, and 11000 has taken on basis to return in few years but now they are refusing by their words

Yes I have a similar experience. I think Highland Holiday Homes Pvt. Ltd is bogus companY. With all the coomittmenet of Sales People in Nirmal Lifestyle sales office and name of Bajaj Group, we have taken membership for 5 years. As per the committment, I have suppose to get the re-imbursement of Processing fees, but I have contacted Ms. Cylvia and always telling that Cheque not yet sign, we will send you cheque in next 2 days as well I will make you call to confirm the status of cheque but no response from anyone. I don't know what to do now?

even I am a member of the same holiday club, it is true that lots of points which they promise turns out be not true. But one thing is explained that even if you are member you have to pay a fee of 450 + service tax / day. Unfortunately these people even revise the charge without any communication.
If we calculate the amount we pay at the begining plus the per day fee we hardly get any benefit.Moreever thier hotel standard is also not up to the mark.

hi guys, fortunately or unfortunately, I became a member yesterday of HHH yesterday. And told while going through the reviews, I feel I havent taken a good decision. The only relief I had while signing the whole stuff was that the rooms can be given for rent. But that also seems to be difficult. Is there any way to cancel the membership? I have just taken it yesterday, the card takes 10 days to come. What should be done to cancel. Please help me out.

Even I got a call from the HHH folks last Sunday, saying that my name has been selected for a free gift voucher and I have to collect it. I asked whats this gift voucher all about the lady named Neha, informed its a promotional offer, so the company is providing this as a publicity. I informed that I will not be able to attend to collect it due to a prior appointment. Surprisingly I get a call next tuesday saying that I can come n collect it from Hotel 12th Avenue in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Just to check I went there to see what its all about, then I was taken for a session by a very bad salesman, trying to sell their package by different means. Well the packages looked very interesting in the first place, however I had my first doubt when I asked can i take it later as I was not prepared that day to buy a package, The salesman informed that this is a 1 day offer, and cant be availed even tomorrow, that thing struck me as I didnt mention to them that i was supposed to some on Sunday :) and I knew its bogus. They handed me a gift voucher though for a 2day/3 night stay in some hotel. After reading all the reviews I dont want to take the risk of availing it.

My concern is how are these kind of fraudulent comapnies are operating so openly by duping common people, isnt there a regulatory body to govern this.

I have missed that opportunity. I have paid the money just two days back and now I am seeing the reviews. Please let me know what I can do to get back the money. I have paid the money through credit card. I have contacted the credit card company and they told that the money is not claimed by merchandise yet. I asked them to stop payment. They say they cannot stop payment.

I am also 1 of the member of this company, i have invested Rs. 14500/- at long back. i have just paid this money as investement. as the consultent had told me that if i dont go on holiday i can RENT my holidays & i will be getting Rs. 2500/- per day. & my membership is of 3 day, for 6 years. so I shoud got around Rs. 7500/- per year. but "ITS TRUE THAT ITS A CHEAT COMPANY" when i had taken the membership there office was at mmx mall ghaziabad but when i visited there after few years they were not there & when i found there telephone nos from some source they dont response for that. even i contact their head office chennai also they told that your membership is from delhi so you have to contact delhi office. but at delhi no one pick the phone. i want to book holiday home but i am not able to contact then how can i book the resort. now after reading this blog i have lost the hope of getting my money back from this cheat company. let me know if any group or any one can help me to get this money back...

Oh my God. I didn't know that they are such a big frauds. Even I have also got trapped by these sick people.

They have made me to purchase a package for 17, 500/- I told them one of your executives gave me such false promises. They say "Marketing peoples uses to give false statements to achieve the targets. But you have to be careful. I don't know what to do now.

Thanks for having blog, one lady frequently calling me & explaining about scheme on mobile, fortunately i browse google & put search of Bajaj Highland that was an eyeopener for me. immediately i called up on the same number but no body was responding.

This company Bajaj Highland Holiday Homes pvt. ltd. is froad. I m doing case against this company in High Court.

guys, after i bought the package for 6.5k, i got to know what kind of a company it is. I tried to cancel the membership. They said they cannot cancel it.
Hence, i gave a call to the police station. With God's grace, I got a phone call from Highland holiday homes the next day and they gave back my 75%(rs.5000).

The manager (a lady sitting in their Manipal center office) seemed to be quite reasonable. However, any body else from this organization clearly looks and acts like a cheat/theif !!

I was also cheated by 30, 000 from Highlandland marketing team in Delhi 3 years back. They told me that it is related to Bajaj group. Then they told me various lies due to which I took the package for 12 years. But I found out that all the promises were lies. Lets join together to get our money back.

I was made fool by this so called company HILAND HOLIDAY HOMES PVT LMT. By telling lie they took Rs 35000 for 5 year membership but there are lot of things which they told me are incorrect For example- They told me that you can rent your holidays and this will be done by the company it self, whereas when we called in they say you should find someone and rent your holiday. So I have lost my Rs 35000. I want to log a criminal case against them. So if any one can help me in that matter please contact me.

I am lucky in this case. I got a call from Club Mahindra & Highland Holiday.
Because I take step very causiously, I rejected both the offers & took free holiday voucher from both .
I used Club M voucher & was impressed by their service & courtesy to free user also.
I took their membership after that (even if it is much costlier than highland) & is satisfied with their service afterwards also.

From last few I am trying to call highland guys for holiday voucher to be used at Tirupati.
They are either not answering call, no answer to transferred call, number busy, just hang the call without any word, etc.
When I used google to search their website for booking holiday & lodging complaint for such behavious, I found this blog. I am lucky not to spend my hard earned money on these cheaters.
