We were cheated in the same way in october 2010. We got into their trap and got a 2 year 9700 Rs package. on coming back home we checked for its reviewes and found that they are cheating their customers. As we had paid by credit card we called our bank and asked them to put the transaction on dispute ""Disputed the transaction" (initially the bank refused it cannot be done but we persisted). Along with it we faxed the details of our whole conversation along with link below to the bank

We called Highland the next working day and asked them to cancel our registration but as usual they told you have to come down personally and you need to talk to our manager. Our manager cannot come over call as she is busy.
Their way of talking is very pathetic and the lady starts shouting on you if you persist.
We didnt go to their office in bangalore. But we faxed their chennai office to cancel our registration.
We faxed this letter copy again to the bank making sure that we had asked them to cancel our registration but they arent cancelling it. We also mentioned that we had just registered and havent used any of their services
Initially the bank told it will take 1 month to solve but later on changed it to 6 more months. we finally received a credit last week from the bank. :)

Disputing a transaction means, intially the bank will give a credit to whom we have made payment but will check for our concern and revert the credit in case the dispute comes in our favour.

We too were cheated in the same way for Rs.40000 in Dwarka, Delhi four years back. We have tried several times to book certain locations as per their brochures but either we get no reply or they have no vacancy.Hieght is that they are not ready to even to give bookings even when we asked for any date & any place.
But it is so disgusting that the crime is being committed Pan India and they are having all the last laughs.
If there is any movement please count me in.

HIGHLAND HOLIDAYS is one of the Fraud Co., really this is a FAKE company ! don't pay any amount in this company. they called to collect gift voucher from their office at nirmal lifestyle, mulund. they shown there different products & affiliations. but everything is incorrect & they charged tooooo much high. I visited kovalam & stayed at Pappukutty beach resort. i paid there rs. 1400/- per night directly & in highland membership i have to pay affiliation charges rs. 1700/- per night. ek to membership charge & other is higher affiliation charge. usse accha to direct jana hi perfect hai. ! i called them is there any other affiliation in kerala. at the time of membership they told ke they have more than 200 affiliated resort in kerala but u can check their website - hardly 10 to 15 are there ! now they are not refunding my money ! what shall i do ?

Yes, I also received a call from them, I wondered how any one can call me up and offer free holidays all over India for 2-3 nights. Its said nothing is free in this world, so searched for them on net and found ample number of complains against them... Thanks to you for posting ur complain on net which saved us from entangling in a trap.

I have got one person phone number who is also one of the partner of Highland holiday and he is still doing fraud .These guys are doing many frauds and now he is doing credit card fraud and he has a residence of bangalore.His name is prem kumar and phone number is+91 [protected] and he will always go to different places for doing this fraud business.

These people go as a gang and do this kind of fraud and ran away from there.

If the proper investigation done then their network will be traced out.

I am also affected by these guys .

Bajaj Highland Holiday home is TOTAL SCAM. I got the membership for 3 yrs paying Rs15000 last December . I decided to use it for first time for my October vacations at Goa and Opted for a property named "Santa Monica" staying there from 26th-30th Oct. I s/w a girl name Simran at HH reservations on 10th Sep and on 12th she told me room are available @ 1550+tax but she missed to check for my last day of stay so she will call me back, and I did not hear back till 15th. I called up again and was told no "Simran" works there and girl name Bharti offered help. After 3 days I got call from Bharti to let me know that room are not available. I contacted the resort directly and they were all Open for reservations. They infact offered me nightly rate of Rs1000+tax for an A/C suite.. I dont know for good we bought this package as direct booking is less costlier than what Highland Holiday home offers to so called valued members.
I called back the customer service to send me an acknowledgemnet of fact that room were not available with the resort but they denied (Smart to takle troubles)... Please do not buy a word from them.

I also got a call from these frauds, may God send them to worst place in the hell. these cheaters call the innocent people with the honey on their tongues only while sales and they hire college students for this job on temporary basis, who can never be located later. All after that, once u become a member, u just keep dialing their ph lines with no answers most of the times. I[censored] get luckily through, their office add is changed. Even i[censored] be able to locate their office, all non cooperative stupid staff will unwantedly make u sit in a very uncomfortable, congested corner to see a super stupid so called Superior of the staff. and then u realize that u yourself are the most super fool to believe such frauds.

It is not actually surprising, as there are many fraud companies dwelling in India, with diff names and diff businesses.
city limouzine, Munir khan and many more keep fooling us. god knows what's wrong with the systems.
