hike technologies should think about the carrer of the student, who work hard to complete there dream, to be a developer...but the person who work there and think they are senior dont know how to communicate with proper ethics...
 They think themselves as god, they know every thing...according to them they are java expert...and html expert... The person who gives traning on this technologies in the company needs to know that they still a kids on this technologies . 
Plz hike stop doing all this dirty work be real i know u earn through college campus but ur earning gives some student metal harrasment...and u dont have any rights to say that we can't become a developer... Ur commitment dosent have value anynmore...becoz u all speak is ... I understnd the process of hiring of company and after joining the way u demoralized the candidates they simply loose hope in themself, they stop respecting the education they achived...hike is actually playing with the life of the poeple...now coming to ur employee...plz train ur hr manager only looks wount help... Need some brain too...buy some brain to ur manager...it's a basic hardware missing...one instesting thing about hr manager she gives training on html...and any code dosent run then its a browser problem...next come to chief finance advisor sukbir a skinny lady...know how to desing website only and she hold the impotant position in the company...just someone ask her the meaning of her designation...and the golden rules of bussiness transaction...
Next on the list is java trainer...u know its a insult of java when u teach java...on the very fist day of our job the employe of hike give there intro...and a guy who join the company one month ago as a fresher trainee, introduce himself as senior java developer...pity shame on u hike...after three month of work they pay only 3000/- only. A guy leave his home, his city, his friends. To earn and learn so that they can stand on his feet...what they got is nothing...in three month a guy spend almost 30, 000/- just for shelter and food in the new city where we don't know any one...how much we r actually investing in this company but return is zero... Hike have an answer to this question too...''i u dont like any thing then leave the job'' not only this they explain u leaving process...which company does this?
Any candidates ask for the project to do, they give impossible project so they candidate cant do it and the scold the candidate...at every point the show their cheapness... They dont give bottle to the new join candidates so that they cant drink water...it a unique process of saving water...if any fresher leave the job they dont even bother to contact ... They feel very happy...there is lot more to write about this company. And at the end i dont want to hurt anyone feeling...what i written is a fact of hike. GET WELL SOON HIKE TECHNOLOGIES
