[Resolved] Hinduja Global Solutions — Executives are treated as slaves
@ Mysore HGS, An Airtel Customer Care, Karnataka prepaid process Executives are been treated like slaves. Executives are working for the HGS Company and they are paid for there hard work. They are not working for the AMO's or the higher positioned employees than executives to use bad words for executives such as bleady and some more bad words.No proper break for having food. Working for nine hours continues without proper break is an impossible one. Break hours for AMO's and TL's are half an hour. If Executives delay from break for one minutes, they get scoldings in abussed langauage. For one minute late appearance they force us to extend the login for more than half an hour.They are not getting correct leave for sickness and other needed purpose even for the emergency of family problems.
Although nine hours login were given by the executives with good monthly performance, Allowances are not payed properly. If they ask reason for the reduction in the salary amount, without any proof blindly Team leaders says no login hours and monthly performance.
In HGS Mysore, we can see the Casteism of Hindu and Muslism inbetween the Executives from AMO's. This is happening from past two to three years. Each and every single Executives are being suffered from this groupism.
AMO's -- Nizam, Paul Raj Sachin & Lingraj and some of the Team leaders.
Please do refer this issue and help the Exectives to work for the company with good environment in the Company. This is an Complaint on behalf of all the Executives working in HGS, Mysore in airtel prepaid solution. If the problem doesnt resolved as soon as it can then we need to get through next level for solution.
