[Resolved]  Hindustan Lever Ltd - Pure It Water Filter — Request for battery change

Have been requesting for changing the battery in the Pure - it water filter. The service engineer has been calling me for the last one week to say that he is coming in the evening to do the job.

But the person doesnot turn up in the evening, with the result we need to wait for him at home.

We now repent for having purchased this product of Hindustan Lever Limited, which has a very very bad service back-up team.
This attitude of the engineer is totally ...totally frustating.

I would like to inform that whosoever wants to buy this product of HLL, pls dont go by the company name. You will be buying peace if you dont venture to buy.

I have also experienced enormous difficulties in getting after-sales service. Three complaints and I have given up. The lady receptionist would tell me (probably reading from a guide book), how important etc etc the call was, and then a service "executive" would "guarantee" that somebody would come to check within three working days. finally mit came down to "definitely the next day".
Perhaps, if enough people are interested we could think of a class-action suit against Hindusthan Lever. A major company like thia has no business to behave in this shoddy and disgraceful manner.
Ya this is right i also request from 21st oct but they not take any action on my request.
I also repeatedly complain about bad odour coming from my pureit system but no response received from them.I again request to come and correct the pureit system.

yes i agree that hul dealers are not hearing the voice of consumers with regard to battery change. for the past four years ian facing the same problem in karaikudi town of sivaganga district of tamilnadu. every time they sue to tell in another two days we will supply but they never supply and i have to always to quarrel with them,

HLL- Pure it — Repeated reminders

We have called the HLL call centre repeatedly for a tap to be repaired in the Pure IT water filter by HLL

Its sad that no one has come inspite of repeated complaints and reminders- Complaint No are as below"

I have bought 2 set of pureits frm value store at Varanasi.
in Aug-2009 and out of the two one of them is not working from day1 onwards and battery is exausted in 1 day only.
I approached the value store mutliple times but they faikled to address my conplaint.
Finally after a lot of run & wastage of time I lodged a complaint also at call centre with complaint number--C[protected].
TILL DATE NO RESPONSE AND NO VISIT.

HAVE TOTALLY FAILED THE BRAND IMAGE.
YOUR CLAIM OF RS 1CRORE IS TOTAL FLOP IF YOU CANT SERVICE CUSTOMERS.
I was promised a resolution in 24 hrs but till date no has turned up.
pls look into the issue.
