[Resolved] Hindustan Lever Pureit — The Battery replacement
The interest shown in advertising and promoting the product is not fulfilled in replacement of consumables needed for running the filter.
The company is flooded with a bunch of irresponsible, undedicated team of workers.
I have informed to replace the battery and the filters etc on 29th of May 2008.As of today that is 10 th June its still undone.
I have spent more than Rs100/- towards telephone calls talking to all toms dicks &Harries who commit it will be done by this evening sir.Please excuse us for the inconvenience, etc'
Had our consumer forums are strong we can curtails this type of attitude .
I will sue this idiotic Marketing guys.
In case my family members and me get any water bound diseases I will sue in consumer forum.
Now I will tell my known persons the problems with this head weighted company executives&money to be spent on telephone calls.
