[Resolved]  Hindustan Petroleum Gas — couldn't book gas-agency suspend

I booked my HP Gas refill (Consumer no. 609149) on 15th Oct.2012. Cash memo no. 104594 dt[protected], was intimated on 14th Nov. Till 16th Nov. the gas cylinder has not been delivered. When inquired with the agency, Sai Gas Agency, Koottupatha, Palakkad, I was asked to take delivery of the cylinder from their godown. When I refused, the girl told me that it will be delivered only on 17th. Such behavior on the part of the staff should be nibbed in the bud. Once billed, the cylinder should have been delivered on the same day or at least on the next day. Delaying beyond that is may be with some other motive. Regarding undue delay in delivery of refill by this Agency I had registered a complaint earlier. After that I used to get normal service. Request inquire into the unauthorized dealing by the staff/ delivery boys of this agency
