Hi,

I have purchased purit on 1/5/10 and on 27/6/10, battery was fully red.
I complained to your customer care no.
But they are saying you were using more water. I dont know how can the 2 member family consume
1500 ltrs water in one and half month. They are not changing my device.
I am very much disappointed with the 2000/- cost purit.
It seems to be waste of money.
Service is also very poor.

It happened the same with us. I am trying the number provided by the dealer since 3 months. The phone rings but no one ever answers it. Hindustan lever is just trying to push it's sales by making false promises of customer service to its customer. The main thing is they just want to sell their products, their customer service is very poor.

i completely agree with all my fellow sufferers in the hands of pureit company for their pathetic service. i have been using pureit for the last 4 years and have upgraded to Auto fill in the month of October'2010.
And now the water does not filter from the top to the bottom container even when the battery is full. I have lodged a complaint on 24.01.11 with Complaint no. C[protected] and they promised someone will surely attend by 25th evening. i gave the complaint at 2.30pm on 24th. And will 7.00 pm on 25th no one has contacted me. When i called the customer care they told they told some technician wiill surely call me in the next 15hrs. But to my dismay i received an SMS telling me that my complaint has been attended and they wanted a feedback on the issue. It is disguisting to mention that when i called them at 9.15pm there is no senior person to attend the problem and the executives just parrot the answers with a big 'Sorry'. I expect a better service from the company as reputed as Hindustan Lever and maintain the trust.

i had placed a order for battery replacement on 18.05.11 and my order no.S11/HYD[protected] and i got a message of my mobile no.[protected] that within 72 hours your executive will visit my office, but unfortunately till now no body has reported my office,

if this is the service then i think, people will be forced to go for alternative.
