hindustan paper — no deliver of 2nd year coupan

i hav subscribe for 2 years of newspaper with hindustan times as i hav not received my 2nd year of coupn. as i hav change my address from -- 203 chandan classic parshwar nagar mira road thane 401107 to a-51 mira bldg sectore 3 srishti complex mira road east . i hav been in frequent touch with the agent o[censored]rs in mira road mr.ram but of no use he even himself dont know. so pls look into the matter n lets us know regarding that.

Hindustan Times' customer care's response was not satisfactory. Please look into this matter.
