[Resolved]  Hindustan Times Newspaper — Non receipt of coupons

I have subscribed to HT last eyar and we have recd coupons for 1 year till Dec 08.

Since Dec 08 we are following up for the second year coupon but till date have not recd the same. Upon enquiry I was told that the same will be sent to the newspaper vendor. But he has also not recd the same. Hence had requested the team to send the coupons directly to us which they agreed. The same is not yet recd.

Whenever we ask for escalation point it is never been shared and we get rude feedbacks .

We expect the coupons to be sent immly and from next month for 1 year
