[Resolved] Hindustan Unilever — Regarding the Bill on purchase of Pureit (Autofill) | |||
Dear Team, I have purchased Hindustan Uni lever Pure It (Autofill) Water purifier on June 2010 from Hindustan Uni Lever agency which in my home town Muzaffarpur (Bihar-842001) near Vishal Studio Tower chowk. I paid 3200/- for that purifier and pure it executive who came to install the purifier told me that ,i will get the receipt/Bill of that amount within 1-2 days. he noted down my address and name also in order to make tha bill. But uptill now he didn't give me the bill of that purifier. As i think if i have purchased any thing then it is my legal right to take the bill of that article for which i paid. I called more than 20 times to that pureit execuitive whose name is SITESH and Contact No is [protected],but every time either he didn't pick the phone or give me baseless excuse. I am not able to understand that why he is not willing to give the bill/receipt.
