[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever Pureit — Customer ID [protected]

I have purchased the pureit one month back and on the next day only i have booked a complaint.

My Customer ID : [protected]
My Customer Complaint no. : C[protected]

Still till today my complaint not solved inspite of many followup.
i have received many calls from the company and only thing they say that the complaint will be solved in next two working days.

I have purchased a pureit on 12/02/2010. My customer Id is [protected]. i am surprised to see that in the bill my name is recorded as Dibyendu Basu instead of Dibyendu Banerjee.I have lodged my complain several times, but still today (24/03/2010) I have not received my correct bill . I am surprised and shocked to know that attitude of the company (pureit) is we don't care, you can do anything, though I told that it is an criminal offence to change a name of person, but their attitude is don't care you can do anything.
Also they did not give any service still today though I have lodged complaint. Is their any solution to the above complain or I have to digest this.
