[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever - PureIT Water Purifier — Wrost Customer Service Level

We have logged complaint with Hindustan Unilver three months back to get the battery replacement for their Pureit water purifier product. There is no response as of now. We have been calling their tollfree number, customer care number & even their Anna Nagar East Division Branch near K4 police station but in vain. We have been following with their Anna Nagar Manager Mr.Prabhu - Contact Number [protected] for the past one week. He is also not taking any initiative. When we try to reach him someone picking up the mobile & saying he is busy in meetings & asking us to call later. This is happening for the past one week. HENCE PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

Yes I'm also suffering a problem which is from past 1 year my Hindustan Uniliver Pure have a lickage Problem.The Water comes autometically from the place of battery area.I did complain 8 times to the customer care but the pure customer service did not yet reply

aqua guard, pureit — no response despite three calls.

hv lodged a complaint on 13th reg abnormalities in ur product.answer was that the prob wld be set right within 2 working dys.i called them again sterday and the complaint no.c[protected]'user id[protected]and phone 40140615.i wld appreciate i[censored] cld pull ur people and attend to the complaint.
The pure It has most irresponsible head weighted undedicated employees.
The battery-kit replacement time claimed by them is with in 72HOURS.
My case it has crossed more than 288 hrs.Still not replaced.
The filter is to save us against water borne diseases.
Now we the consumers to sue Hindustan Lever in case we get any water borne diseases for they not replacing the battery -kit which is the heart of the Rs..1800 Filter in their scheduled replacement time.
I have spent more than Rs..200/- towards phone calls to get a battery -kit which Hindustan lever charges us 300+15.Now my feelings are to advertise this among all our friends relatives, colleagues to insist Hindustan lever guys to make an undertaking for timely replacement failing which if we have any issues like hospitalization due to their in efficiency etc we shall claim from them.
Else we should choose other brands like Aqua guard which is sending customer relation executives to know about the status of equipment sold plus
confirmation about the visit of their executive
What ever I faced is very horrible. When I bought this product I was very happy but when i ordered battery for replacement, I am very disappoint with the service I called up on 7th April 2009 for battery replacement, I was told that within next 48 hrs their tech person will come and replace the battery but since that day I am waiting for the battery.. My complaint nos. are below,
7th April 09 --- Booked the complaint for Replacement
28th April 09 -- Again Reminder for the same
12th May 09 -- Complaint No. S09/MUM/[protected]

Till now I am waiting for the battery Kit.
No service is available after buying this product. I have made many complaints in customer care and local Parth agency in Dehradun but no person comes or even solves any problem in phone. So worst service I have seen in my life.

All complaints above are 100 % correct.Only consumer forum court is solution to this
I was about to purchase this product in another hour. However, after reading all these reviews I have cancelled it. The worst part it is when I called the call center to get it cancelled they were really not bothered to ask for the reason. This shows how responsible this company is.

pureit/hindustan lever pureit purifier — foul smell in water

foul smell in filterd water after replacement of battery kit on[protected] vide invoice no.IS09/910-1072. Inspite of my complains my problem is not solved yet.pl.solve my promlem immedtalely & oblige.

I have ordered a battery kit 3 months back and call repeatedly after every 3 or 4 days and the call center promise to deliver me the same within 2 working days. 3 months are gone, still if I call them, their answer is the same, " We are lodging a new complaint, the battery kit will be delivered in 2 working days", a real mockery of the customers. It would be better if we can file some legal case against them. IT SEEMS THEY ARE SIMPLY A BUNCH OF ROBBERS WHO ROB PEOPLE'S MONEY.Moreover, the funniest part is they are giving ads in television to attract new customers, just simply to rob their money, REAL SHAMELESS PEOPLE.

its battery kit not filter 1500 ltrs . it was come only 750ltrs maximum.(manually i am filtered two times and then drop it pureit) many more time complainted via mobile phone and two times send written letter. but there is no response. i will challenge it. anybody can proof it is working correct and it will purify 1500litres. i will give my pureit free to them.
