[Resolved]  Hindustan Unilever - PureIT Water Purifier — Wrost Customer Service Level

We have logged complaint with Hindustan Unilver three months back to get the battery replacement for their Pureit water purifier product. There is no response as of now. We have been calling their tollfree number, customer care number & even their Anna Nagar East Division Branch near K4 police station but in vain. We have been following with their Anna Nagar Manager Mr.Prabhu - Contact Number [protected] for the past one week. He is also not taking any initiative. When we try to reach him someone picking up the mobile & saying he is busy in meetings & asking us to call later. This is happening for the past one week. HENCE PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

We ordered for battery replacement 10 days back, but still no response from the Company. We have made more than 50 calls to the service department, but in vain. If the Company is not in a position to do after sales service, then WHY SELL SUCH PRODUCT AND CHEAT THE PUBLIC. The call centre service is a useless one and also waste of time. I strongly condemn this and if necessary, ready to go to Consumer Court also.

I have purchased Pure it Water Purifier. System is working well. But I have regret to inform that your service is not satisfactory. I have complained so many time for replacement of Battery from One week to concern person (Sanjay Kumar Mandal) in Ranchi. But nobody come at my home. Since rainy seasons are going on. Pure water is needed for everybody. I hope that you will do needful for above the same.

Yes, I have logged complaint with Hindustan Unilver one months back to get the battery replacement for their Pureit water purifier product. There is no response as of now. I think this product is useless and making people of India foolish and earning money them therefore, my advise to the people to avoid buying this products and strongly lodged a grievance to the consumer court as well as the ministry of commerce (food quality control division)
We have logged complaint with Hindustan Unilver 5 days back to get the battery replacement for our Pureit water purifier product. There is no response as of now. We have been calling their tollfree number, customer care number, just they are telling that our service executive will come & replace the same. I must at least 10 calls nobody bother about this. Just they are only interested in selling through doctor's clinics.

Please attention to my complaint against pure-it kit. Pureit kit has not been changed till date NO. of complaint registered in ur concern department (Mumbai & Delhi) but no action has been taken by ur deptt. regarding changing the kit.

Duplicate kit was installed by ur deptt. after complaint they visit and check after that no one came to changed the kit against my complaint no. mentioned below:

When i bought pure it on the very first hour it started leaking, and since then my complaint has not been addressed i wish i had read this forum before.
Yes I agree to the above comments.It is quiet natural with the multinational companies. we made several complaint for recharging of the batteries. We get only good talks and nothing materialized.It is injustice and Day robbing
I have recently purchased a pureit water filter on 31-07-09. To my surprise after few days o[censored]se i found some white type of dirt floating inside the filtered water section. This indicates that the pureit water is not 100% safe as claimed by the company. No response has been received even after making few calls to the companys office at Bareilly. Is it really a defect in the equipment or a Bogus Claim of such a reputed company. Can anyone guide me what action should i take against the company for its bogus and irrelevant claim.

HUL Pureit water purifier — Worst service

THe executive told us at the time of installation that after one year we need to change the battary kit.But it happened with us only after 3 months.now we have called to pureit helpline 10-15 times but there is no response at all, Every time they say that "today we will send our executive to your home" but no one comes.we have passed 10 days in waiting.but no one is there to listen our problem.

Pureit water purifier — Service of Pureit Water Purifier is worst

On 13-Aug-2009 i have ordered for the replace of battery.
From that day onwards, customer care people has not got in touch with me.
When ever i call them they simply say that "Your battery will be replaced in 2 working days".
From 13-Aug-2009, i have called them atleast 7 to 10 times(which is of no use).
They have given me 2 complaint numbers (which is of no use).
This is the worst customer service i have come across till date.
They should be ashamed of yourself for providing that a sucking service.

While taking their product, they have promised me of quality service.
They are cheating the customers, with not providing any service after delivery of the product.

Please take immediate action, so that no other should suffer like me.
I have alos experiencing the same problem. since last two months I am running behind Pureit representatives and agents in Tirunelveli for a replacemnet of Germ Kill battrey Kit but tilll date I have not received the battery kit. Their Toll free number [protected] is always busy or no reply conidtion. Their local agent and representatives gives assurancesthat in a day or tow thier technician will come to replace the battery but in action nothing will be there. Hence I feel it is better to keep away from this product as the customer care is totall y worst.

Plese buy another local water purifier rather then buying / purchase HUL- PUREIT, U will face lots of trouble after purchase it, i.e after sales service is the poorest.,
I am requesting to replace the battery kit, but no one is responding, We dont have their managers contact number to speak to them, This is very shameless for them those who are seating in HUL and doing their target complete. They are hardly bothered for their customer.

I replaced the battery kit of my pureit water filter(HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD) as per the advise of there people.Just after one month it stopped working.Immediately i asked them to look into the concern but they responded almost after 20 days.The concern asked me to file the complain on [protected] and the same was done also.It was assured that within 72 hrs the issue will be resolve but its almost 15 days over no followup nor any response.I sincerely request you to look into the concern and do the needfull.

I'm also suffering form the same problem they are not replacing the battery.We have been ordering for the battery since last six months. Whoever is planning to buy a pureit, I reqest them not buy bcoz their service is very bad .Please never suggest anone to buy pureit water purifier.
in my water purifirer it is not filtering the water but the some white pirtical are flowing in the main chamber i have complaint to consumer care they told me that they will take the action but one week pass no responce, i think they r not intersted in this matter and still one month pass i have not got my bill. i think this not the prouduct that i want.
