[Resolved] Hindware Chimney — Customer care not returning my filter | |||
Hi All For the first time ever I am writing something in any public forum. And guess what made me to write this. Its the Hindware customer care thieves. I bought one electric chimney 1 year ago and recently put a complain to clean the chimney as there was a lot of oil stuck in the chimney. Even after 4 months of complain they dodn't come. After follow ups and they blessed me with their visits and then starts my ordeal. One person called Ramesh (mobile [protected], bangalore customer care thief) finally came and clean the chimney but couldn't clean the filter and took away my old filter with him saying he will get ot cleaned and return me within two days. Also took away Rs. 500 as service charges without giving any receipts. Now its 3 weeks and they have not returned my filter. I also called one person Vibhu (mobile-[protected] bangalore) in there office and requested him to return my filter . but till now they have not. Beware of Hindware customer care thieves. Particularly following customer care thieves. They will take both money and accessories and not return to u.
