Your problem seem to be very funny. You have to pay in advance for hosting your website, no hosting provider offers you hosting for free or get money from you later. To be really frank i am hosting many of my sites at Hiox India for more than 3 years and didn't face any difficulty. I don't know how come you say like this. Only because of their good customer support i am writing here.

It's a usual factor that who ever the web host is, you have to pay for the hosting service in advance. Can you be particular with any host who provides you hosting service and then get paid? Also that you have told that your site is been down after two clicks. How could this be possible? I feel that you have to look in for a better ISP's. Just look at your side before posting negative comments on a service provider.
Am one of the customer of Hiox India hosting service. The service offered by Hiox India is not bad when compared to other Hosting provider. it might take Some time to fix error by them but i dont feel bad about their service, its better than my old hosting provider.
My experience with Hiox India has been really good. I hosted 3 of my sites with them. Every issue are being answered instantly. Whenever I have some problem with my websites, support people tries to solve the problem as soon as possible.I find the support team to be technically very strong.I am satisfied with them.
Hiox India — Website down. Telenumbers are not correct
I have webhosting with hioxindia, for the last two years.But the last two days i cannot access the site. Then I tried to raise a support ticket. Even hioxindia website is also down.I tried to call them using the tel number which is in the email. It is a wrong telephone number.
For the last two days website is down, including their web site.
Not able to contact them with the phone numbers provided by them. The number is not correct.
Something is wrong.

@Karun66: This is not a place for spam. Are you a client of HIOX first? Let us know which website of your's is down and when. If you have any strong evidence then you may contact us. Something is wrong? What is wrong can you able to point out?
